Course Curriculum Overview

4

It was my childhood dream to serve people as a doctor. The faculty-to-student ratio is about 20. The faculty here are highly qualified and certified doctors. Different teaching methods include lectures, small group discussions, self-directed learning, labs, and presentations. There are part completion tests every week and an internal exam every 3 months to enhance the quality of learning.

Internships Opportunities

4

Being a medical college, we should do an internship in the college itself. The stipend is around 27k during the internship. After completion of the internship, we need to do NEET PG and Superspeciality if interested. Students are hired by different hospitals after the completion of NEET PG

Placement Experience

4.5

As this is a medical college, students should complete 4 years of MBBS and do an internship which has a stipend of around 27k. Students can do NEET PG or can directly join any hospital. The average package after completion of NEET PG depends upon the specialization with Cardiologist, Oncologist, and Neurologist being paid the highest (around 2 LPA). The average package after NEET PG is around 1 LPA. All the students who finished MBBS have assured placements but the packages depend on higher qualifications and specialization. I would go for NEET PG preparation for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees depend upon the quota through which you have taken admission. It is 24k for the IP quota and 1 lakh for the State & All India quota. There is a TS EPASS scholarship for the State quota students. The stipend is around 27k during the Internship.

Campus Life

4.5

We have an AUXESIS fest every year conducted in the month of August-November. A central library and a reading room are present for all students and faculty. 120 seater classrooms are present for lectures and 250 seater for cultural events. All rooms are air-conditioned. Sports fest includes cricket, football, badminton, and chess championships. Synapse is a student club run by college students which conducts all the cultural activities and events in the college.

Admission

To be admitted to this college, you need to be 12th pass and clear the NEET UG entrance exam with a good rank. Registration is done online at the official site of NTA, and application fees and dates should be checked. Reservation benefits are available for SC, ST, and OBC categories. Cut-off differs based on the reservation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is made according to our ability to grasp when we come out of our board exams. The first year might be considered a little touch but it in general is quite different and I personally enjoy studying it . Exams are a bit stressful but if a person has already studied then the tension gets distributed and it feels like nothing.
