Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because this course gives me job opportunities in both the electronics as well as IT fields. The faculty here is good but strict, and there are a huge number of students pursuing their dreams in this college. The faculty members are all well-qualified and the teaching is very effective and efficient. There are a lot of exams to be passed and it is okay if you learn well and prepare well for the exam.

Class Size : 37Course Fees : INR 98000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I haven't done any internship yet but I'm looking forward to doing one in the future, I have done projects and works in this college, and contributed to various programs and etc., participated well in many programs.

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for placements from semester 6th. There shouldn't be any backlogs for the students. Many companies such as Technopark, tcs, UST, nest, etc. have visited and taken students by placements, you require a minimum of 7.5 or 8.00 Cgp for placements. The highest package of salary was 80000, and about 50% of students get placed, I surely wanna pursue my dream and get placed in this college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees here are a bit high because there are not many activities or anything is done here, there are no entertainment programs and the college is very strict. They provide scholarships for 90% above-mark students in 12th standard and also for certain caste students.

Campus Life :

There is a college fest called TEJASVI every two years in April or March the programs are conducted in this college, and there are very less entertainment programs conducted in this college, also it is very strict. Books are all available in the library and the amenities are also well Sports are not much encouraged but it is conducted here

Admission :

Should be from a science background in 12th standard. The application form can be found online by typing marian.in. There are 200 rupees to be paid as an application fee I don't know exactly but maybe, the application dates and all will be given on the webpage of the college.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
