Likes

Campus is big and lush green. Well maintained
Library is big and world class. And books issueing is easy
College is trying it's best to improve placement

Dislikes

Strict for attendance and it should be 85+
1st year class happenes on 5 floor there is not lift
Hostal is not inside the campus, it is 500m off

Course Curriculum Overview

Vtu course curriculum is followed and faculty members are good. I am studying in cse and I choose it because package in high of cse. The student ratio in cse is like okies. It is 2.5:1, There are 2 internals and 1 external.

Placement Experience

The college provides placement and people are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year and average package is around 4lpa and the median is of 5lpa and for CSE is 5-6lpa and the median is 6-7 lpa and around 85% are eligible to sit in placement and 90% gets placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is around 10% every year and it costs around rupees 400000 per year after including all kinds of expenses. All the central and kartanataka scholarship is applicable plus if you are st sc there are almost 0 fees you have to pay.

Campus Life

Campus Life is not very good. College is in a rural area so there are not many things around to do. Many small events are conducted throughout the year but one big event named habba happens. It is the biggest event in Banglore. Sports events of vtu are conducted.

Admission

Through COMEDK and cutoff for CSE is around 20k. Eligibility is 45% or more in pcm. There are no reservation benefits for COMEDK students. Kect is any entrance exam through which admission is possible. Application forms can be found on the COMEDK website.

Student become eligible for campus selection in their third semester like I in the sector semester will have someone internships where students will get to know about the industry they will work for many companies in internship and then they will be eligible for the interviews in the 4th year itself like the last two semesters the companies visitor in BMS College of engineering Amazon Google Microsoft and top companies all that all the most top companies because the strength of VMS College of engineering + killed students are very high percentage of students getting placed is like 7030 as in the 30% many of them of 2 highest teddy and some of them do research and other stuff so I would say 70% of them get placed and 30% of them do highest studies place do business and other stuff like star startups mostly I also do higher studies in doing MBA or masters in other fields of interest if I get a good placement I will do job for 1 hour 2 years and then do highest studies

The college with good staff!!

Placement Experience:

From 8 8th semester, students become eligible for the campus. The companies like IT companies offer made. The highest package is 6 lakh and the lowest package is 3 lakh. 25% of students are selected for the campus. I plan to work at google company.

Acharya where the world comes to learn

U thought to do BSC agriculture... But I was rejected to get seat ... After that my interest was to do civil... So I applied for acharya institute, dayanand sagar, RV college, so many college I applied... But I thought acharya is best because college campus is like heaven... And placements rating is also good ... So I end up with this college lastly... Admission process means there are 3 ways to get admission on this college... 1 st way management seat....
