Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is a little weird. They are teaching Civil and Mechanical to Electrical Engineering which is piling extra pressure to study subjects which have close to zero use in our courses. There are 5 theory teachers, one tutorial teacher and 3 practical teachers teaching 90 students. So the ratio is nearly 1:10. Most of the professors have completed their Ph.D. in their respective courses and a few are still pursuing. Exams were just 1.5 months after the college started, and they were scoring if you studied well.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for placements at the end of 3rd year. I don't have many details about the placement statistics of our college as I am just in 1st semester. But almost every major company like Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Sprinklr, and Texas Instruments come to our college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fee structure is simple with very few complexities. Financial assistance is given through some policies. I don't think much scholarship is provided in the college. Placements on campus have been pretty good, but due to the recession, there have been a few challenges this year in placements.
Campus Life :
The life is campus hasn't been great up till now. Our Freshers and Annual Tech Fest (Resonanz) was cancelled due to our new VC. The societies and clubs in our college are awesome and very interactive. Classrooms for 1st-year students are top notch with adjustable lighting, noise cancellation rooms, AC, smart screen, and WIFI connection. Sports facilities are fine.
Admission :
The college takes admission based on scores in JEE Mains. JEE Mains is conducted by NTA. All the official details are released on the website of NTA in the section of the JEE Mains examination. The application form can also be found there. I had a home state quota so the cutoff for B.Tech Electrical Engineering with Delhi Quota, General Category was 42,000 rank. The admission process takes place on the site of JAC. Some improvement I want in the admission process is the timely release of dates and results through NTA
