Green environment of the university makes me feel fresh all the time, trees are planted all over the campus.
University campus is quite large spread over all the area, having canteen, library, auditorium hall, sports ground and many other things

Dislikes

Library is not having proper place to sit ....students are not even getting proper place to sit so most of them sit outside of library.
Canteen is though providing snacks and all but quality is not so good and secondly the university is far from main city so students are having problem in maintaining their breakfast and lunch

Course Curriculum Overview :

MSc Forensic Science have 36 seats in 2021 which now has increased. The faculties are good and highly experienced. Lab facilities are not so good nor proper buildings is allowed in the Forensic department until now. Semester exams are conducted every 6 months with 1st internal and 2nd internal proceeding by the final end-semester.

Class Size : 36Course Fees : INR 10000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The annual fee is 10000. Fees I found to be more affordable than other colleges. Students who are getting National and state government scholarships and some students are also getting the benefits of the Student Welfare scheme for toppers, sports students, and all.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is conducted separately for every department in the month of October - December. The library has many books from old to new editions and journals for most of the subjects are eligible. Classes have Wi-Fi facilities so classes and presentations can be done in audio-video mode. Sports activities are conducted by the physical education department and many events and sports activities are organized.

Admission :

Eligibility: A bachelor in any branch of science is eligible to be admitted to the MSc Forensic Science of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Central University, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. I have given VET 2021 to take admission. Application form was available online mode in the university website and the exam was also conducted in the online portal and then admission was granted according to the cutoff.

A journey to the campus of GGU

Course Curriculum Overview:

Syllabus is well divided in all the semester giving the students proper time to focus on each subject. We had 7 theory and 3 practical in 3 semester and the last semester has dissertation work which is a very good decision as it allows the students to learn on how to design a research and work on it. The constant support of mentor makes things easy to learn. But the semester is of short duration and that's why we were always in rush and couldn't give our best as we had expected before. We have 2 internal exams and a final exam each semester. But there's no fixed time for the internal exam which makes it difficult for the student.

A brief review of GGV Bilaspur Department of Botany

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course setup for M.Sc Botany is very good according to me. The course is 100% focus on CSIR NET to get a good opportunity in the research field. At the last semester, the Dissertation course is very helpfull for future researchers. A course called "Research methodology" is very essential for a knowledge of research ethics and post research publication process.
