Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I think there is ascope computer science engineering in future as everything is getting advanced which requires computer knowledge. Faculty in the college are highly qualified and very much dedicated towards each and every student studying in the college. Per semester 3-4 assignments of 10 marks and 1-2 class tests of 20 marks is conducted.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 180300 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Yes there are intrnship opportunities available with college. College from the first year only insists on making a profile on internshal to explore internship opportunities. And companies also visit the college campus and provide internships such Autodesk, Tech Mahindra, etc. As I am in second year of B-Tech I am required to make a mini project and I chose to make a mini alexa for this mini project

Placement Experience :

Placements of the college are good in the sense companies do vist campus and provide placvements to the students. Average package of the college is 400000 per annum and the highest package till date is of 50lac per annum offered by Accenture. Percentage of students getting placed is around 90%.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees of the college is high as compared to other AKTU colleges which is 180300 per year and the examination fee per year of AKTU is around 8000. College does not provide any scholarship to the students on any basis though there might be provision of Financial Assistance about which I am not sure. Uttar Praadesh government scholarship scheme is availabe with college and plus there is provision of Fee Waiver(Course fee: 95000 per annum) seat but only for students taking admission via Counselling.

Campus Life :

Campus of the college is fine there are two canteens, library, sports ground, etc. Annual fest of the college which was organised in the month of february last year named "Ignitia" is a two day fest conducted every year. All the classrooms are air conditioned and have the facility of projector in them. Sports and extra curricular activities are also available in the college currently the college is organising the sports event.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilty provided by the college is not that good as the rooms in first year are big and well maintained but in second year rooms are too small and not well maintained. Food quality is sometimes good and sometimes very bad and menu is not up to the mark. Registeration process for hostel is quite simple just go through your login portal of PSIT and you can book the room online AC room costs 96k per year and Non-AC room costs 80k per year with mess and laundry facility included in both.

Hostel Fee : INR 96000 per year

Admission :

The admission process was quite simple for me as I applied via AKTU counselling based on JEE mains precentile and rank. I scored 78 percentile in JEE mains and my rank was around 2.2lac. Cutoff for Computer Science and Engineering branch was at that time around 57 percentile hor home state quota and I dont know for All India quota as I reside in Uttar Pradesh only.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is not that good. Hardly 2-3 companies come here for foodtech. But there are job opportunities for this course. It is a growing field. Outside the campus, if applied in any company, there are chances of selection based on the skills and knowledge one has related to the field

From the 7th semester, you are eligible for college placements they have good placement records companies like Byjus, Hp, IBM, Infosys, Indian Army, etc. come to college for placements. The highest goes to 31 lakhs and the average goes to 4 to 5 lakhs. So almost 80 to 90 percent of students get placed.

The records placement cell is impressive because they organize useful and up-to-date seminars from time to time. Therefore the placement record is one of the best in Greater Noida. Last year was 98% placement. Placements start from the 7th semester.

Personality Development along with a Professional degree with decent exposure

Students are eligible from the penultimate semester for placements. Accenture and Wipro were bulk recruiters with 1000+ offers, pay package was 3.5 lakh PA The biggest pay was from a Japanese company, only 2 offers made at 32 lakh PA
