Course Curriculum Overview :

I am from an agricultural background so I have chosen this course. There will be 130-140 students per batch. Theory classes will be an hour and practical classes will be two and half hours. Teaching is good. Exams will be conducted at the end of the semester. The pass mark being 60 is moderately difficult to attain pass mark.

Class Size : 139Course Fees : INR 190000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The counseling students will pay 190000 per year including hostel and mess fees. The management students have to pay 240000 per year. The fees have to be paid at the start of the semester. The first graduate scholarship has been provided.

Campus Life :

Life at this campus is just bad as the college hours are about 9 hours from 7.30 am to 6 pm. The food and hostel facilities are not good here. No importance is given to sports. Clubs will be conducted once a year just for the namesake.

Admission :

The admission process is through counseling held by Tamilnadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. The colleges are based on the marks you score in 12th board exams. TNAU will conduct counseling for all students over Tamilnadu who have applied for agriculture courses and allot college based on their cutoff.

Annamalai University- A Review.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I am interested in biology since my school days so I am interested in studying it further in college. So I chose this course. And about my faculty, the total number of agricultural student in one year is around 500 and each batch has 30 students in it.

A Worthy Experience in my College

Placement Experience:

From the second semester of the final year, the students are getting eligible for Campus interviews. Last year 52 companies visited our campus.350 of 1000 students were placed with the average package ranging from 18000 to 27000. I had decided to study for Government exams.

Agriculture- College review

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester itself, students are eligible for campus interviews. So many private companies like sugarcane companies, fertilizer companies like that, and private banking institutions also selected students in campus interviews. The salary range was 150000 to 20000. After UG I went for 1 year for a job and I studied PG.

Good source of information

Admission:

I got admitted to my university through the state merit list by considering the 12th standard HSC examination in Tamilnadu. I got the overall rank of 230 against 1000 students intake. But I got admitted as the 75th candidate in counselling. I confirmed my admission as a 13th member. In counselling, I had two options is Agriculture another is horticulture. I choose Agriculture as my wish.
