Course Curriculum Overview

Mechanical engineering in our college is a 4-year course. There are 30 sits in our mech. Branch. And 15 faculty members in the mech branch. Our faculties are experienced in their field. There are 8 semesters in 4 years and 2 internal before every semester.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 125000 per year for mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering. 150000 per year for CSE, CST, and AIML. If students want a scholarship they can apply through the Odisha scholarship portal/and the college also assists you in applying for a scholarship. After the 7th sem, you can sit on campus.

Campus Life

The annual fest's name is Tri Fest. And fest is always held in the month of February. And also 3 days long tech fest conducted by the college. There is a big library in our college. Students can issue books for study. Also, there are annual sports held in college. Different clubs are there in college for students with different hubbies.

Admission

You have to appear jee mains. Then through the percentage of jee main, you should apply through nic.com website. And if u want u should come to college directly and do your admission in the office. If you want a scholarship you could apply through the Odisha scholarship portal.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

Life at Trident college

I chose Trident academy of Technology due to its affordable fees , decent placements, Faculty support.The admission process was based on JEE Mains scores,followed by counselling.Compared to KIIT or CET ,TAT is more budget friendly but lacks advanced labs and strong industry exposure . Placement are decent , especially for IT roles .
