Course Curriculum Overview :

My course was Electronics and Communication Engineering. I chose it because I was interested in studying electronics. The seat was full. There were 64 students in our class. Facilities in each branch are around 20 per branch. The teaching and faculties are so nice. They are friendly and ready to help at any time. We had class tests, series exams and university. the internal exams helped me a lot to score good marks. I completed btech without any supply

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are available mostly for civil and mechanical departments. I have done a mini project cell phone-controlled robot and a main project intelligent deadlock avoidance system. Faculties will help in Projects

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for placements from the 7th sem. they will provide the best placements. They have placement officers. Companies like kshema power, Tech Mahindra, and UST globals.Technopark. Usually, Companies offer 15000 to 20000 at starting. Lots of students are getting placements. My plan is to get a govt job in the technical field.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are Affordable and the cost of study is also affordable. I Got a minority welfare scholarship. Other than that college provide a special tour package for top scorers in university exams. If there is any difficulty in fees structure they will provide necessary help for students

Campus Life :

Life on campus was awesome. Good memories. The college dedicates its 100 per cent to the annual fest, tech fest and all. There are lots of books available at the library. In addition to that they will provide textbooks free for each semester, just we have to pay 500 rs. The classrooms are well equipped. Sports and extracurricular activities also provide the best.

Admission :

Admission was through the merit list of the Keam Entrance Exam. I qualified in Keam exam. If we get a better rank in keam college will provide a reduction in fees. The application form is available on UKF College Website or you can visit the college for the admission process. There is no need for improvement in the admission process because the admission process is efficiently done now. There are many faculties to help you to get admission. If not included in the merit list you can apply for management quota.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
