  • Placement facility in the University very poor

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is good but needs improvement. There are 31 seats in the master's program and seven faculty members in the department ( 1 professor, 2 associate professors, and 4 assistant professors) all faculty members are PhD holders with good educational records and research. The quality of teaching is not satisfactory as expected in central universities.

Internships Opportunities :

Not too many opportunities for good internships with a stipend. Students try to get opportunities for themselves University only provided one signature if anyone wants on the recommendation. Workshops were held in departments and participants got certificates but certificates were not worth it if students had not gotten jobs after completing of course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees for the course are around 30000 ( approx 7500 each semester) university does have not any financial assistance to students except for one program called earn while Learn for financially weak students. Some national scholarship programs are available for specific category students.

Campus Life :

Only one cultural program was conducted by University called Spandan in March month. The overall infrastructure is good, library and laboratory facilities good, classrooms are with the facility of air conditioner, projectors and wifi

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are fully facilitated (water cooler with RO, gym, wifi ) mess operated by the private contractor they charged 3600 per month basis and the quality of food is not good. Outside the University campus some pgs are located in nearby Villages they charged 6000 per month for food and accommodation but there are facilities are poor and seats in hostels very less as compared to admitted students in University.

Admission :

Addmission based on NTA exam CUET. The expected cutoff for Department of nutrition biology MSc admission is approx 140-160 for the general category, 120-130 for obc 100-120 for the sc and 90-120 for the St category. If seats vacant in online counselling are finally filled up in the offline physical counselling round.

Placement Experience:

The placement happens every year in the college. But the employers are generally local and the placements are not very exciting. The most placements that happens are in commerce and science fields by the banks and regional scientific institutions. Other employers also offers placements.

Placement Experience:

So talking about the placements are their at CUH but it is limited to few departments only like Computer science , mba and some vocational courses, life science departments does not offer any placements as such but you can get placements on ur own but you can do participate in any placement drive happening in the campus it does not have to be relevant to ur course you still can participate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is really enthusiastic. Its a trending course you can say in the other words .. you gain a lot of new knowledge about the disease and the bones . I suggest teaching should be more in a practical base rather than the theory .... theory should be less than practical for me
