Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Bba because I'm interested in business studies and wanted to pursue MBA. The faculty is well maintained, each class has its own faculty head who has their own faculty head and the line goes on. The teaching methods were rather interesting because it was my first time learning without any textbooks and just PDFs but I found it fun, something different was quite nice. The exams were 2 in a year which is quite challenging but most of the students do pass them.
Internships Opportunities :
So they provide internship opportunities when you pass 2nd year I'm gonna start my 2nd year now so I really don't know anything about internships yet I'm still learning. Although they provide summer internship training programs emails once in a while.
Placement Experience :
Students get professional seminars from 2nd year for placements and all. I'm still graduating from college and starting 2nd year pretty soon so I don't have that much info on placement companies but the average package reported is around 1000000 yearly. My plans after getting the degree are to prepare for CAT and do MBA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is pretty tough considering the amount of fees we have to pay yearly for BBA. 250000 per year which can be paid in installments which is nice but I still feel that it is quite expensive for a middle-class family. They do actually have scholarships but those are for students who tet 90% above in 12th boards so I didn't get that chance.
Campus Life :
The one thing you have to know about MIT is that it's known as the best event college. MIT has a lot and a lot of events that you can participate in and the campus is worth its name it's beautiful. The library is filled with books, educational mainly and it is well maintained. Right now MIT has its sports grounds under construction so we really don't get any sports activities at all. But there are a lot of clubs like dancing clubs, music clubs, etc. that you can participate in.
Admission :
So after 12th marks I applied to MIT WPU straight away I just googled the official website of MIT and filled out the admission form which included all the details including my course selection. There was an entrance test conducted based on 11th and 12th std studies and if you get good marks you'll be set up for an interview. I gave my interview which included questions like my strengths and weaknesses and then I got into the college later that week.
