Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course because iam interested in electronic devices and how they work. So I choose this and I don't regret it. Most people take this course because there is a chance of going to both sides like hardware or software. That's all not true because if you are thinking of choices to this side or that side without any idea about them, then you mostly end up at the software side so think carefully about what you want and if u have no choice of getting a seat in cse then choose this course. And I don't mean that you shouldn't go hardware side after all it's your choice. In this college, for this course, I don't think there is any scope for going hardware side. The faculty is good and you can gain knowledge only if you are truly passionate about the course then it will help. The faculties are well experienced and they are friendly. If you are willing to. learn they will definitely help you. For exams, you can pass easily as it's an autonomous college. Exams are not that difficult jntu

Placement Experience

3

I can't say the placements are very good or bad, sometimes it depends on availability. Only third-year 2nd sem students attend the college placements and by the end of 4th year, you may get placed or not depending on your performance and skills you got. The college gives training for the placements from the 3rd year starting onwards. Companies like Wipro, cap Gemini IBM, Juspay and Accenture The average pack will be 5,00,000 per annum The highest pack is 12Lpa Mostly 80% of students will be placed in companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

When it comes to college fees, it is affordable and not too much and if you are in the JVD scheme that makes it even easy, you dont need to pay the fees. For the hostel, the fees are too high than the college fees. It's 85000 and the facilities also match the cost. The fee is 55000 only if you get a seat for the eamcet exam and if you are management quota, it differs for each course.

Campus Life

4

You don't have to worry when it comes to any fests because you will have so many events every 2 months or more. Annually there is a fest called JOSH. It is celebrated for 3 days or sometimes even a week, it depends. For each branch, there will be individual events conducted by themselves. In this college the most I like is the library, when I saw the library I decided to join and that attracted me the most. If you are interested in reading no problem you can read all your heart out with peaceful and also with a great view from there. T

Hostel Facilities

4

If you are willing to have a peaceful hostel life and a comfortable then you can stay in clg hostel. It costs more than college fees . It is 85,000 per year and it increases each year . There is no wifi facility and only available for final years. Food is better than other hostels which are located in city. For security it is very good . For ginger to college you just need to walk 20 steps because it located in clg itself. Mostly final year students go out because there is no need of going to college and there is no need to stay at hostel. Rooms also very spacious in hostels and there will be 5 members for one room. Wash rooms are common for everyone and the cleanliness is maintained very well compared to other hostels . I can't find any other hostel better than this honestly and the con is you need permission from your parents every time you go out and you need to be back by 5 in hostel.

Admission

I wrote the EAMCET examination conducted after the 12th class. For each course, there will be a particular cutoff rank. For Electronics and communications, I got a seat for the rank of 19,000. When the admissions are open we can apply through eamcet rank or if you think you are not eligible for the cutoff rank then you can come to college directly and get the seat through the management seat. For knowing about the cutoff rank, try to check last year's cutoff rank in college duniya or Career 360. I have checked careers 360 to know about my chance of getting a seat in this college. When the counselling starts, if your rank is within cutoff then you can come to college and submit all the required documents for admission. To know about the application process you can check at svce.edu.in website There is a scholarship also present from the government called the JVD scheme.
