Remarks :
My experience in the college is superb . Class timings 8:30 am - 5:30 am . No ragging in the college . Colleges infrastructure is excellent.
Entrance Preview :
There is no particular entrance exam for our college . I wrote jee mains and scored 155 marks in jee mains and I didn't got any top nit and as this is better in placements and rankings , my father took this as a better choice . The only requirement for our college is to get 60% marks in 10+2 and atleast 25% marks in jee mains . There is interview type of process also to take admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum design was awesome for Ece branch . It gives equal preference for practical and theoretical learning . Some times we are taken to practical visit where we taught the practical lessons that makes easy for us to understand the topic. For first year the curriculum is to revise all the past concepts and introduction to the engineering topics and from second year , our core started and it's good running curriculum.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes , there are internship opportunities in our college . College provides many internships . There are 6months and 3 months internship program in our college . The stipend varies between 9k- 12k .this is for Paid Internships and there are some more internships which are unpaid also.
Placement Experience :
We had excellent placement opportunities . Almost 80-85% students get placed every year . Last year 80% of our seniors got placed . The core companies visited our college for placements are TCS , honda , Deloitte , Accenture , sandisk , reliance , Hike ltd. , Expedia , HERO , Snapdeal ect .. these companies offered highest salary package of 13 lakhs per annum to one of our senior. Our college had an average package of 5 lakhs per annum.
College Events :
We celebrated many events , festivals and fests . We celebrated famous technical fest that is" aranya "and we celebrated many festivals like Satarnalia, Izhar ect...there are many societies and clubs which conduct many events . We had sports fest , cultural fest ect.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Our college fees will be around one lakh thirty thousand rupees (1,30,000/-) . Per semester . And the other semester will be same . It's not much expensive because while compared to other top private universities ,that fees will be more than this . This ( 1,30,000+1,30,000 ) is along with hostel fees and mess fees also. It's affordable while compared to other universities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We had scholarships available in our campus . These are totally based on merit in semesters. As our college fees is very expensive , it's required to every one to study under scholarship . The loan facilities are also available in the college .
Campus Life :
There are extracurriculars in our college . We had play courts for each and every sport , encouragement is also good. There are personal trainers in our college . There is cricket , volleyball , basketball , tennis , football courts in our college .
Hostel Facilities :
At present there are 5 boys hostels and 2 girls hostels . The hostels are good and rooms maintenance is superb . The hostel fees will be around 40,000 . This is only hostel fees and the mess fees will be 2200/- per month . The food will be excellent , they takes much care to provide us tasty and hygienic food. There will be two Sharing , three Sharing and four sharing rooms . I'm staying in two Sharing room . Pgs are available around the campus , they won't cost much .
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes alumni network exists in our college . They encourages us in placements and in other purposes also . They truly contribute to the overall development of the college and students development.
Exam Structure :
We will be having many exams , some times we won't get free time also to spend leisurely. There will be many labs and lab records to write . Our one year is divided into two semesters and six months each semester and this semester consists of one more mid semester and here with in this semester all practicals and labs will be done . We get tired by writing all those weekly tests and monthly tests . There will be many in number.
Faculty :
Faculty in our college is excellent and they are very helpful to us . Their interaction over students is superb . If we can't understand what they are teaching they teach us untill we reach their point . They are with high experience and with good qualifications . There many faculty with phd's and some are with M.techs and done their masters from top universities in India and in world .their standard of teaching is superb.
