- This college gives to an appealing welcome and is a well to do college. Environment is ragging free and strict rules are imposed if anyone is caught doing wrong doings. Infrastructure is too good and problems are resolved immediately. Faculty is good
Dislikes
- Hostel is not upto mark . Like we pay so much but facilities are not so good ! Basic rooms but fees is so high.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum is so nice . Subjects are approximately given according to course which we are pursuing. Yes they prepare us for real world applications like soft skills classes where we learn how to give basic interview and how to overcome fears within. Exams are moderate and time is a bit less.
Internships Opportunities :
Geeks for geeks Monthly stipend:- 50k-60k for software developer. So many projects are going on every year!!! Under teams and students . So many part times are also provided within campus only! And every course has it own outcome.
Placement Experience :
From 4th semester students are eligible for placements. Tcs , Wipro , Amazon come and they give 1000+ opportunities. Tcs offers average package of 8 lakhs and highest is 16 lakhs for a pg passout. 98% students get placed. A corporate job would be my honest plan
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There's no other fees than semester fee. It includes all the fees in it. So , fees is 2,80,000/year that is 1.4 lakhs per semester. Scholarship is there in 3 categories. Highest one is of 30% in computer science branch and lowest is 15%. You need to give lpunest conducted by university itself to avail scholarship.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is so good . So many events are organised like tech India from last 3 years. So many workshops and concerts , trips everything. Every required book is available in library. Classrooms are equipped with projects, acs and good lights. In terms of sports , lpu is so good ! Many students went to paris Olympics this year and Vinesh phogat visited our campus few days back. Yes , there are so many organisations under division of student welfare wing like oasis , untangle and medicrate
Admission :
I applied to vit . I passed the test but I got to know it's too strict for girls and rules are a lot. So I choose lpu over other college. No I don't get rejection from any colleges. You need to appear in lpunest for addmission and password the test. Scholarship will be given on basis of your score minimum 160 and your minimum % in intermediate should be 60%+ to get addmission in lpu. Once you pass the test you will get to choose desired course.
Faculty :
There are so many faculty in this university. All of them are experienced, friendly and good ! Miss Arpita, I like her because she so good at her work and she is friendly too. I don't like Jaspreet Kaur . She yells a lot ! There are 2 exams mte and ete !!! These exams are moderate!
