College is 26KM far away from Coimbatore town
Some times Hostel food may not be so good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I like computer science subject. The faculty-student ratio will be around 1:25. All the faculties are all highly qualified. we can see most of the professors have done a doctorate. The teaching method is very good here. Most of the classes have a projector in them. Term exams are very moderate to pass. They conduct term exams every 2 months once.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

when I studied Hewlett Packard has come here and offered internships for selected students. They offered 15000 as a stipend for the interns. The internship project is given by the org from where we are getting the Internship opportunities. But one can showcase that project as final-year project.

Placement Experience :

After completing the 6th semester students are eligible for placements. Some of the big giants like Infosys, and Wipro usually for our college and give at least on an average 30 to 40 offers each year. When I studied the highest package offered was 7.5LPA. It was for the Developer profile. Our batch was having 90% per cent of placements. My plan was to join the company which I have got offered through campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The backward class scholarship is applicable here. One can avail of it. There is no fee hike when I studied. It cost me 65000 per year as a tuition fee. Campus Jobs can be easily achieved if one has good marks. I got an Internship offer with Stipend in a reputed MNC.

Campus Life :

Life at the campus is so nice. we had a Computer science annual fest called Hechura and they usually conduct that Feb time frame. The library is so vast and one can find lots of books in that. IEEE papers and Journals are also easily one can find without any Hustle. The classroom has clean drinking water. All classrooms have projectors and All classrooms are well-ventilated. Our college had a big football ground and we have dance clubs run by students. There is also an Annual sports meet which happens every year.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel room has good ventilation, a study table, a quality cot to sleep and wardrobe for each students to keep their belongings. Meal quality is very decent and menu has 2 days of Non-veg and 5 days of Veg. Hostel is very much affordable for students. Registration for hostel happens as part of student admission itself.

Hostel Fee : INR 17000 per year

Admission :

The admission process is based on counselling. The application form will be given in the office room. Application fees will be around 1000 rupees. And Application dates will be from July to August. The admission process takes a day of time. Most of the process is manual. If the admission process can be automated then it will be good for both parents and students

Placement Experience:

Placement is good mostly, just not this year due to recession. If i dont get placement here then would apply in off campus companies. 4 th years can sit for placements. Main recruiters are TCS, cognizant and wipro and many other companies. Mostly 9 pointers get super dream placements

In 6th semester companies come for summer industrial internships, and around 400-500 students get placed there. After that in 7th semester, the placement starts and goes till 8th semester. Highest package is of 1 CR per annum and average goes around 8-10LPA

Review of placement

Placement Experience:

From 5th senester students are eleigible for the placements. So your 5th semester cgpa is very important. This college provide placements from companies like zoho, accenture, tcs , hexaware, mitsogo and more. The highest package is 12Lakhs and lowest package us 3lakhs.60 percentage of students are getting placed each year. Its fully depend on your skills. My plan is to place in campus placements for a web developer role.
