What Students Say
Likes
- I like some lecturers who were supportive and friendly
- The vibes of the fests, the clubs, the performnces
Dislikes
- The atmosphere is quite boring if we compare to colleges in Bangalore
- More events could be organized from the college, this made it boring and the canteen could be improvised
Course Curriculum Overview
I was passionate about Electronics and Communication and always wanted to pursue it. The faculty was really good, they were always supportive. all faculty members were M.Tech, PhD, and IItians. There were exams for each semester for 6 months.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible to apply in their final year, the companies were TCS, BEL, Wipro etc. The average package was between 4-5lakks LPA and the highest was 12lakh LPA. There was a chance of 60%placements and one has to prepare for the entrance tests to clear them if they wished to get placed. The placements could be improvised.
Fees and Financial Aid
It was affordable for merit students with fees ranging from 28000 and gradually increased to 40000 till the final year. Even though I had the opportunity to apply for scholarships because of some circumstances I couldn't. The benefits are great as one of my cousins is studying there now and she had applied for some.
Campus Life
It was the most awesome experience at the time of fests, no classes, dance, or music and the vibe is completely different. There is one college library where you can avail any book of your interest. The amenities were really good. There were extracurricular activities and inter-college sports held for those who were interested to participate. There was a Science club, rotary club, and dance club for those who were interested to join.
Admission
It was a smooth admission process. I secured a government merit seat which was 28000 and all the application details were done online at the option entry phase. I was categorized in 2BG. The process was quick and smooth, so no update was required.
Other Applied Colleges
