  • You don't have much indoor sports in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview :

Everyone's childhood dream was to become a doctor. Mine was too. So I worked hard and opt for it. There are 150 students are in our batch. The teaching quality of the professors is just amazing. They will try new ways to make the lecture interesting. All the professors teaching are themselves doctors.

Internships Opportunities :

The college will provide you with a one-year compulsory internship with a stipend of around 30-40k/month. You get very good exposure to patients in all the departments, you also be posted in the emergency department which will make your decision taking skills much better.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of GMCH Chandigarh is the best in Northern India. It just costs 25k for a year that's just 2k/month isn't it sound interesting? And if you opt for hostels it just cost 15k/year that's 1k/month. That means you need to pay only 3k per month. And if that's equal to your pocket money, isn't it.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is amazing. Being in Chandigarh you had an opportunity to be in nature. The campus organizes two Festa yearly. One is Plexus and another is Euphoria. Plexus is an intercollege event while Euphoria is an intercollege fest in which all the medical colleges of North India took part.

Hostel Facilities :

If you want to opt for the hostels you are given them on a merit basis. A single room is shared by two people. The rooms are good and quite spacious. Mess quality is also good. You are offered meals 4 times a day. For breakfast, you have tea, a sandwich, parathas, idli, etc. For lunch, you have daal, chawal, roti, and raita. In the evening you are provided with snacks and tea. For dinner, you have daal, chawal, roti, and a sweet dish.

Admission :

For availing admission in MBBS first you need to clear the medical entrance exam that is NEET that is the All India based exam and for which the minimum cutoff is 50 percentile. The application forms are available on th website of NTA .
