Likes

Campus, Crowd, vibrant societies and library
I like the lift system in my college which is open to both students and teachers
I love the college environment which gives a tranquil atmosphere.

Dislikes

I dont like canteen as it doesn't offer varieties as compared to other colleges
I dont like its amphitheatre which they can maintain nicely
I dont like some teachers too who are always ranting

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is aptly made for making students industry ready keeping in mind the dynamic fields a student needs to be aware of while in college. Faculty members are proficient in their fields and are very good. Exams are held on time.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are provided in the HR domain and Business Development Domain majorly along with Research and Finance domain also with stipends varying from unpaid to 50,000 rupees. Internships usually work from the office.

Placement Experience

Placements offered are mostly related to commerce background students and the average package is of 6 lac. The kind of companies coming for placement is not always good, and placement cell needs to improve also. But overall it does provides opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very reasonable considering the plight of other economically weaker sections also, reliefs are made available to them by way of scholarships or college aid. Fees are collected once a year and not semester-wise.

Campus Life

Life on the campus is vibrant and the college campus is very beautiful. I would say my college campus is the most beautiful among all the colleges on the north campus. The crowd is equally enthusiastic and one could see different activities going on all the time. College fests are also good but not well funded. The library is big and all books are stocked.

Admission

The application process was online, no entrance exam was taken, it was solely on a merit basis and eligibility of my b.com hons. Course required maths as a subject in class 12th and then only one could opt for hons. Degree.

Overall College life experience.

Placement Experience:

After completing 4 semester you are eligible to sit into on-campus placements i.e. after completing your second year. Companies start to arrive in final year or pre final year of you're going for 4 year degree. Big 4 companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC and other companies like accenture, zomato, airtel can be seen in placement season. Average package is 4-5 LPA ranging from college to college and depends individual skill set and practical experience. Highest could go upto 22LPA in our college. Half of the students gets placed during the season but not all. After competition of degree students can pursue various courses like CA, CS or praper for CAT/GMAT.

This college is not good enough for upgrading skill and knowledge.

Placement Experience:

SSNC have a placement cell which provides internship details and also shat company hiring details. 3rd and 4th semester students are eligible for internship Highest average package is approx 12 LPA and average price is approx 5LPA and actually I don't know which company give the highest and to whom.

Students get placements in the last semester before the last exams as per my knowledge the average package is 4 to 5 lpa and highest package was 15lpa . Not all the students get placed from the college only the one's with good skills and some experience about the work are chosen.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.
