Course Curriculum Overview :

In my childhood, I am very interested in machines and how an automobile run, etc. So I chose mechanical engineering. Near about 20 faculty on the mechanical department. All the faculty are highly educated and all are completed Ph.D. in reputed Institutes. The exam is held timely and it is easy to pass.

Class Size : 180Course Fees : INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience :

After the 6-semester student becomes eligible for campus placement. The company visited our colleges like TATA, INDIGO, YOKOHAMA, ADVANTECH, JSW, DALMIA, etc. The average package is 400000. Nearly 70 percent of students get placed in campus placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is very simple, the study fee is 60000 and if you stay in the hostel the fee is 40000. The cost of the study is very affordable. The student can apply for scholarships like state scholarships and center scholarships etc.

Campus Life :

In our college, we conduct so many fests like the annual fest, exotica, fresher party, etc. Our library jave so many, students don't need to buy any kind of book from outside. The all classroom are ac classes. Our social group and club like entrepreneur club, start up a club, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

Our college provides two types of hostel rooms the first is an Ac hostel room and the second one is a non-ac hostel room. And both hostels are student-friendly. The quality of the meal is very good and hygienic. If you want to stay in the hostel first you register yourself in the hostel management section. Then they allow staying in a hostel.

Hostel Fee : INR 40000 per year

Admission :

The admission is based on jee the main ranking. I get applications from and dues details in google. There are no application fees colleges bear all the fees. There is not any type of reservation in the admission process. The admission process is very slow to improve it.

Review regarding Nalanda Institute of Technology(NIT), Bhubaneswar

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
