It’s about how good it is

Remarks :

1. You have to clear JEE mains and have to get a certain rank 2. you can find fees detail at DTU website 3. you can avail some scholarships and also relaxation in AIR 4. It's already pretty good. There is no need for such improvements currently

Course Curriculum Overview :

1. I choose this course because it's the best course according to my rank that I can opt 2. Faculty members are pretty good, some of them are pretty helpful in many other things other then academics 3. They are well-qualified and have good teaching methods most of them 4. We have to give exam 2 times per semester and its not that difficult to pass if you give small attention to class every day

Internships Opportunities :

1. internship apportioned is also good here more than 600 offer for internship held every year and student of our college are soo good that they also get internship off campus DTU it self provide internship opportunities in DTU

Placement Experience :

1. From the 7th sem people are eligible for placement 2. There are more than 400 companies that come to DTU for placement and they also provide a huge number of offers so most of the students get placed 3. Highest international offer is over 1 crore and in India, it is 60-70 lakh 4. Almost everyone gets placed who applied for placement around 90-95 percent 5. My plan after my degree is to get a good placement

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

1. Fees depend on person to person, but it's a pretty huge amount for a middle-class person they have a good opportunity and good placement departments so it was a worth-it investment, where every penny is worth it. 2. There are several scholarships for middle-class families such as NSP and meritcum (e district) and here DTU also provides scholarships for students

Campus Life :

1. There are several fest and events held in colleges such as rotrackt, homecoming, Engi fest( one of the biggest in Delhi), and several tech fests 2. There are lakhs of books in the library and they provide a huge space for study in the library and its easy to find books and they also assign people to assist you to find books 3. Classrooms are also good to have AC and projectors 4. Have huge ground and also Indore space overall it's in the best of Delhi 5. There are many groups and societies such as NSS, IEEE, etc

Placement Experience:

At IIITD students become eligible for internships after 2nd year. First sem students also get a chance to get internship from UNIQLO. The company takes some students from first sem and offer them stipends and a trip to tokyo. The percentage of placements is good at IIITD but it went down during recession. The highest package offered is 55lpa domestic and 120lpa overseas and the avg package is 20-25 lpa. Approx 70% students got placed in year 2024

Placement Experience:

5th semester students are eligible for internships and 7th semester students are eligible for placements( full time offers) Many bigtech companies like Google, Microsoft, Uber, Salesforce, Intuit etc visit our campus and hiring rate is not that bad, depends upon the company's budget and students' calibre. Average package of our college varies between 13 lakhs to 19 lakhs and most of the companies come for software developer roles. Didn't planned yet

Remarks:

* the comparison of pros and cons are based on all the colleges under GGSIPU and not IIT, or NITPros:Transportation: college is well connected and within metro, bus routes, the choice is yours.Good campus: In GGSIPU campus of ADGITM is one of the best.Faculty: Faculty are good and always there for your helpCollege Societies: From sports to arts and culture to entrepreneurship college has societies, if you want to join and explore then society are one of the best place to explore as they are quite active.Infrastructure: the college has good infrastructure considering other college of GGSIPU.Cons:Placement for other branch than CS and IT are very rare if you want to work in core sectors. The education is based on to get marks in the end sem and not to learn and grow, which is the sad part.Investment in societies by college is negligible, student manages most of the events by themselves that is one of the reason most of the societies underperform than their calibre. If you are getting MAIT or GB pant go for that as the education is quite same but there you can get more placement opportunity in the core sector. and more space to grow.My time admission was based on GGSIPU CET but now it is based on JEE Main score as GGSIPU comes under JEE Main.

Admission:

Yes there was a written test and the admission is purely on the base of written test, and rank achieved in that written test. Written test is JEE main and it is based on physics, maths and chemistry of 12th standard.
