Life at sreyas

Admission was done super easily. I have submitted a few certificates and the eligibility criteria were pretty averages for a university of such infrastructure. Its admission procedure can be tweaked a little bit in ways such as more connection with the people.

The course curriculum is pretty amazing. The teacher-to-student ratio is about 1:65. Qualification of quality is pretty decent. Teaching methods can be improved a little bit. Exams have been connected pretty decently.

Internships are a no go in this college. We won't get approved to get into an internship unless we are in the 4th year. Same with projects. I don't think the college appreciates new ideas. They only want to rub knowledge.

Campus placements will be valid from the 3rd year 1st semester. Campus selections and drives are conducted frequently. Around 50% of the students have been placed. Many MNCs have visited the college including Genpact etc. I plan to go for a master's after my degree.

It costs about 84000 rupees per year to study. I don't think there are any scholarships for any students at all. Financial assistance is only given to people who are financially backward and not to every student.

Technical fests and annual fests are pretty rare. They do not conduct any extra events not according to my knowledge. We only get around 2 to 3 classes for pt in a week which is not up to the mark with other colleges.
