Entrance Preview :

The academic office was very helpful in providing the information. Form was easy to procure and submit. Entrance exam was bit difficult but if you have studied well, you will find it very easy. I passed the entrance with flying colours. If there was any problem, I used to consult the administration to understand the pattern or anything which wasn't clear and they were always ready to help.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum was designed keeping in mind that you get the best knowledge. It was well-balanced between theory and practicals and I never got bored or it never became hectic. I was able to manage and participate in extra-curricular activities too. College used to organize a lot of guest lectures which would give us motivation and inspiration to perform even more better.

Internships Opportunities :

The placement body was very active and kept in mind that the students needs to be placed where they can learn and experience the functions and operations of the company. They made sure that the students get a regular stipend so that they can cover their basic expenses, plus they also made sure that we are not doing any clerical jobs there, rather we are doing something productive which would add to our learning and experiences.

Placement Experience :

As mentioned earlier, the placement body was very helpful and active. A lot of good companies came during the placement week and offered various good options to deserving students. Luckily, I got placed with one of the good offers. More than 95% of the students were placed and the left out students were given option to take part in placements again in the next year.

College Events :

College kept in mind that students need events and activities to take their mind-off the studies and enjoy the life. So they used to organize multiple events in 3-4 months like cultural fests, technical fests, management fests, gaming events, food festivals etc. We were allowed to bring our friends and family to attend these events.

Placement is good in BTECH CSE .. As 70 % students are placed in Btech CSE 2024 . From 7 semester students btech are eligible for Placements round and many companies visit our campus like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe.. and the highest package was 52 lpa and average package is 6 lpa .. Many talented students got 50 lpa and above from top companies. ( MANG).

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

Placement Experience:

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

Placement Experience:

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. The eligibility for sitting in placements are : - you should have a CGPA of 7 or above. - you are allowed to sit in placements from 7 semester.

The students are eligible for placements after 3rd year. There are companies who comes for placements. Its better if you are in the top 10 percent of the crowd. The college website mentions 70 percent students were placed. My plans are to go for gate exam or go with a good placement.

College of technology pantnagar from my eyes.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average there in year of 2024 2 students from our college get placement of 12lac per annum from a PSU called Bharat Electronics Ltd. In our civil highest placement is of around 4.5 lac from the company larsen and turbo. And rest companies basically offers marketing and sales job of around 3-4 lac per annum package.

Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
