Remarks :
- The admission in this programme in this college is done through a combination universities exam. i.e. CUCET now CUET. You must be a intermediate passout student to fill the application. - The application is filled online, and the notification regarding it is communicated through the newspaper. - No suggessions on the improvement, it's good as it is.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose BALLB because i was interested in pursuing law degree. The law faculty here are also very knowledgeable and skilled in their profession. The teaching methods are different and innovative. The exams are also conducted with care and on a scheduled time period. In other words, I have chosen this course because I have to do judiciary in future. Before taking admission here, I have heard alot about this college. Here faculties are also good and their pedagogy is awesome. They give time to their students and their supervision over students is also good. Here, all faculties are very knowledgeable and they teach in a very interesting way. Here, exams are taken from your syllabus whatever you taught in the class and if you have attended classes regularly then it is not so much difficult to pass the examination.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee in our time was comparatively low as compared to what it is now. The price hike is however reasonable and could be considered necessary for the benefit of the university as a whole, the fundings help the university make the like student easier and to provide them better educational experience.
Campus Life :
Yes a lot of cultural activities are conducted throughout the year and assigning a month for it would be an insult. There are more then sufficient books and journals available in the library and it is technologically equiped. There are also a lot of groups and clubs for the students are run by students. Life at the campus is very good. Here, you get freshers from seniors and a farewell from juniors. In February month, there is celebrated an annual fest in which different kinds of sports competition, quiz competition happens among students. Here, you get almost all the books that you need for your course. All types of books and journals are available here. Here, you can play cricket, badminton, football, volleyball, race competition etc happens from times to time.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are pretty clean and spacious. The washroom area and corridors are cleaned regularly. The mess quality is however a bit like the usual mess food( not upto mark). Registration process and affordability is also very reasonable and one can not complain regarding that. In the hostel, you get almost all the facilities that you need. You get two roommates along with you in a room. You get a bed, a table, a chair and an almirah for your personal use. Further, you can play games like table tennis, badminton, etc. Further, you get different food items daily on a routine basis. However, its registration process is too hectic. You have to struggle alot for registration. But, overall, a good experience here in the hostel.
