Remarks :

Eligibility for taking admission in computer science you must have 45% marks in intermediate. You can apply directly by visiting official website cutm.ac.in and apply for the CUEE exam. Scholarship is also there if you score good marks in CUEE exam. There is no reservation benefits. Admission process is good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I had chosen this course because lots of job opportunities are available after doing this course. Well qualified teachers are available to teach you. All the teacher are from nit or having work experience in reputed company. Teacher student ratio is 50:1 . Exam are taken by the university on time always even in Covid period. Exam are very easy to pass because of paper are theory or practical.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Lots of internship opportunities are also available internship offered by the company's like tcs, wipro , nobroker, apollo with stipend of upto 6 thousand. Internship are also provided by the college this year college is providing 1000 internship to work on ERP system, waste to wealth, wood engineering and many more.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for placement after 6th semester i.e. in the final year of the course. Lots of companies visiting campus for placement every year like Tcs, Wipro, cognizant, Byjus, Tata power, Icici bank and many more. In my branch approx. 90% students are getting placed every year but very bad placement percentage in core branch. Highest package 12 lakh offered by Byjus previous year for academic instructor. My plan is to get a job with in 7th semester .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no fee hike policy till course completion. You don't have to pay extra amount except which is mentioned in the confirmation letter. You can get scholarship based on your 10th and 12th marks. If you score 8 cgpa in even semester university will provide scholarship. State government scholarship is also available along with AICTE.

Campus Life :

Annual fest and tech fest is also conducted every year in the month of April like GAJAJYOTI AND CENTURION EXPO. All books are available in the library with free Wi-Fi and AC. No need to buy any books all books are available in the library. Animal welfare club, tech fest club, drama club all are run by the students coordinator.

Hostel Facilities :

Room of hostel is very good with free 2gb/per day Wi-Fi 24×7 electricity. Food menu of the hostel is very good but the quality of food in good. You can choose hostel at the time of your admission. If you don't want to stay in hostel then lots of room are available in the locality at affordable price.

Hostel Fee : INR 65000 per year

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
