Remarks :

The admission process was an entrance exam which comprises of 3 subject and the entrance exam was in online mode. During the time of admission there was some discount for the course fees and if we score more than 8cgpa in a year then there is 20% discount for the next year.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this CSE course because I am interested in this subject and the programming part, it just enjoys me. The faculty of the CSE departments teaching are good and the qualifications of our faculties are also good because some of them have been an employee once in a good sort of company. The time gap for each semester of 6 months

Class Size : 59Course Fees : INR 135000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are many companies like Capgemini, Infosis, TCS who provides internships to students and provides stipends too to them for their living purpose. Many projects provided by the companies are also of great value to their carriers.

Placement Experience :

Discussing about campus selection, mostly the students get their placements from the 3rd year. Many companies like Capgemini, Infosis, TCS, etc all visit our campus and select the students who are eligible for which company. The average starting packages of the companies are from 3.5 lakhs per annum. 40 out of 100 students get their placements in a better companies .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The free structure is slightly good in this type of private college and the availability of scholarships we get are too good because we get scholarship from our state government and Central Government.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is been conducted during the starting of every year, i.e, mostly in the month of February. There is a library facility in our college too where we can afford any books for 7 days and there are also desktops where of anyone does have a laptop he/she can go there and prepare their ppt. Talking about sports curriculum activities like cricket, basketball, badminton, swimming, volleyball, kabbadi and even gym where we take part in all these earn our credits too.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities provided by the collegevwas not good once upon a time but after a complaint from the students, the hostel facility are somehow good. But the meals and dinner provided by the college are not good because we does not get healthy food and there is no change in the food routine for which we have to suffer and eat the same unhealthy food everyday.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Placement Experience:

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
