Remarks :

The admission process was online and all the application form and fees structure was available in college. College is well established with all the golden opportunities which one is preferred to have. The eligibility for the course was 3 years.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course to gain some fruitful knowledge about the subjects and enrich our dignity. College faculty surrounds between 150-200 Talking about the great achievements of the faculty was marvellous as they create a beautiful bond between a student and faculty. It's easy to pass the exams if you have gained some knowledge from your faculty

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 25000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is approx 25000 per semester of the college. Scholarships are provided by the college itself through which you get to know about the cost of your study profile. Recruiters reside by you through your own job profile which you get from the campus with a great number of stipends.

Campus Life :

Life campus is fun going process where many activities go through yourself. All the availability of books is in different sections of the library. A great number of sports were provided in the campus life. The infrastructure was well enough too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course structure was well designed and updated with the ongoing preparations of government exams which helped me alot in my preparations as everywhere polity is something that is a mandatory one and hence the curriculum plus the overall teaching pattern the timing of exams and the level of difficulty was moderate if someone had attended all the classes, plus the marking scheme was a bit hard and other aspects like attendance was also included, however there's no such compulsion that one must attend the classes this was only applicable for sessionals

Economics Honours at Amity University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.
