About Shri Jai Narain PG College
Shri Jai Narain PG College, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh was initiated as a humble Anglo – Sanskrit School. The premier institution of the state grew and upgraded to middle school in the year 1918 and later as a high school in the year 1920. It graduated to intermediate college in the year 1923, Degree College in 1946 and finally a full-fledged degree college. At present, it is one of the biggest associated colleges of the Lucknow University. The college has a staff of over 400 members. Late Pt. Deen Dayal Misra offered substantial funding to blossom the college into an example.

Admission:
I applied for Lucknow university but i got to know about it late after the counselling period was ended. I don't get the rejection from any college. The admission process of the college is first you have to register yourself on their website which cost you 1000 rupees and than their will be a merit list if your name is their in the merit list you need to go for counselling part

- Frist thing I like about college was the campus huge campus with garden area and with a sport field .
- There is a good canteen too that serve you the good Verity of food and hygiene is also has been cared of
Dislikes
- Office staff is bit offensive they don't listen to you do what they want sometimes
- Dress is compulsory but think it should not be after all it's college life
Admission:
The addmission process was perfectly fine we have to fill online form first then they will release marit list once you got your name on it you will receive the message for counseling you just have to go and complete the counseling and your documents verification and it's done .but yes their is a if subject you want are taken you have go for another subjects.

- The placement level is very low in the college.

eligibility of the course is 3 years the application forms are available online on the college website and they are available at the month of May. yes, the reservation benefits are available in the college. there are no entrance exams. the college should take the entrance exam rather than taking admission on the basis of 12th marks

- infrastructure of college and the area for other activites
- Faculty of the college is good and very helpful during the course period

- There is no as such thing to dislike things are okay
- Parking facility need to improve there is no rule for the same.

Eligibility of the course is on the merit base. Offline application i have filled but that time used to take application payment though DD only which they might improved or need to improve that to provide other options as well.

- Classes are not air-conditioned nd seats are not that comfortable
- Not defined structures of courses too many changes within semesters
Admission:
If you want get admission in the main campus you need to fill the application form it'll cost you around 1000 and after that you have to give entrance exams it's not that tough as compared to central universities
Likes
- Teachers and teaching faculty are really good and helpful. They complete the syllabus on time. Also very helpful for the doubts
- If a student is in sports, they can participate in various sports like volleyball, cricket, etc.
Dislikes
- Not so well maintained infrastructure like washrooms and stuff are not that good.
- No placement support. A person only apply to this college if they only degree but this is a normal graduation college and don't provide professional degrees
Admission:
You have to fill the form online for the Admissions when it's released with some application fees. The selection criteria is based on Class XII percentage (As of now). And Reservation benefits is also availed If selected, the one has to come to the college with the required documents for the Admissions procedures.

- Campus is very good and big . Students can play any sports of their choice
- Library is very big and all books are available there

- Sometimes students have to face difficulty in finding their room because campus is very big
- Teachers are very educated but they do not use English words

*Student should be 12th pass out with 55% or above *All information regarding to application form ,fees and application dates are available on college website. *I'm in general category so not any reservation availed by me. *Exams are two times in a year and difficulty is medium. *They should make one WhatsApp group to inform about the documents have to take when visiting in college.

- I like the teaching method of my college professor because his method is quite easy which makes it easier for us to understand the concepts.
- The infrastructure of my college is quite good because the classes there are quite clean and good.

To take admission in any undergraduation courses in my college, it is necessary to have 12th pass from a recognized university or college and one can visit the official website of my college to take admission in my college. And my college fees are also very affordable and scholarship is also provided in my college.

- Campus Ground which is a large field, Classes are also good with good environment, labs are nice one specially in zoology botany chemistry classes are some boring but practical classes are so good you have to do everything by yourself.
Dislikes
- Nothing just sometime teachers can be harsh

You must have passed class 12 with 50%, Sc, St must have 45%. You can find Application form, fee details, and dates on the college website - www.jnpg.org.in There is an entrance exam in the BSc course. Admission will be done on the basis of the 12th percentage only.

Admission was on a merit basis. The merit list was declared in different rounds. Students having more than 50% in intermediate were eligible to take admission. My name was on the first merit list only. I got the reservation benefit of OBC.

The admisisons are based on the merit in the qualifying examinations, you can apply offline for the admission. The fee for the various courses is mentioned below:
First of all, you need to bring back your TC/SLC, Migration and Conduct certificate back from the previous college (original else, you can contact with the college if attested copy works), then 10th and 12th marksheet as well as certificate, caste certificate(if any), disability certificate(if any), domicile certiifcate, and passport size photographs.
