Remarks :

You have to check online for admission application form. You can also check out at the campus for more information related to admission steps. Application form is free for all the students. Fees structure for mtech students is about 120000 per annum. Most of the classes have 40 strength in which the ratio of students are 4:2 (boys:girls) To be a part of this programme, you should have degree of graduation with a percentage greater tha 60 %.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I want to go in a research field in the computer science field thats why i choose this course or pragramme. faculty student ration is quite good, Each of the classes will be alloted a mentor or a class teacher. And multiple teachers for multiple subjects. Each of the faculty is well qualified professor and teach with well maintained manner with a better practical examples. Mostly about 3 exam were there in a semester of which 2 are unit tests of less marks and one sessional of about 100 marks. Other than this many activities were happen like projects or many presentations to gain the internal marks.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Feea structure for each of the student is same unless the scholarship is being applied. Fees for mtech student is 120000 same for boys and girls. Scholarship is on the basis of percentage or GPA in the graduated course Many companies come in this college in 7th semester on an average package of 8 lakhs per annum. Lowest package is 3 lakh per annum and highest is 16 lakhs per annum

Campus Life :

LPU is most famous for its sports competition. With a large ground and more sports facilities, students used to involve in different sports. Many interlevel and intralevel competition were organised. With a big library in the campus, students used to study out there and issue books for some weeks fpr better study. Libraries contain computers for students who cannot afford. Many nukkad natak, NGO, dance, music, computer societies were there, which organise multiple events every month.

The placements of the college is very good for B-Tech but for Masters its not up to mark.Here almost all companies visits like Google, Amazon,Trident, Samsung,Maruti Suzuki,Adobe etc offering a good salary package.

Admission:

The process to get the admission is very straight forward. For P.G. degrees you should have 50% aggregate in your bachelors and your merit in your GATE. After you have qualified the selection round you will have to appear in a common entrance test (CET). Before applying you should remember that this university has reservation of 85% seats for the students of Punjab and only 15% for the students of other states.

Placement Experience:

Their are a lot of great opportunities served to the students by the college. They can go to on-campus interviews. The college also do a special selection for the bigger companies. Through the help of college most of the students placements, almost 60-70 percents gets recruited in different companies.
