Remarks :

The eligibility required for the course is that you must have cleared 10 +2 with a minimum 60 per cent aggregate. You will find the application online as well as offline. But you have to submit documents to the college on the given date after the online application. Details regarding reservation benefits is provided by students or the scholarship section of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Because of my interest in technology and computer and growth tech industries and IT industries, I have chosen this course. The faculty to students ratio is fine that is 25:130 in a department. Faculties are highly qualified. The teaching method used is the innovative teaching and learning method. Three times a semester exams are organised out of which two are mid sem and one ends sem

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like TCS, and Tech Mahindra offers internship to students in the area of their interest based on their knowledge. Some companies are there also offers internship without stipend. The college also offers some major projects and minors project for which they select the students as per requirement.

Placement Experience :

From 5th semester students becomes eligible for campus placement. Various companies like TCS, Wipro, Persistent, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, infocept , etc visits the campus and offers number of offers. Highest package and lowest package offered by companies last year was of 11LPA and 2LPA respectively. Nearly 75 to 80 per cent of students get placed every year. I am now currently preparing for higher education.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you belong to reservation categories then you can complete your BTech within 3 to 3.5 Lakhs otherwise you will require 1.5 lakh per year. All scholarship eligible students have to fill out Post Matric Scholarship.

Campus Life :

The annual fest named YASH is conducted in the month of December and the tech fest is organised during the Diwali festival every month other events are organised like webinars, competitions, etc. A huge library is available with a lot of resources. Sports ground with sports club is there in college. Various groups are run by students such as Green club, NSS, Rotaract, Music, Art, etc

UMIT best engineering institute for women

Placement Experience:

At the start of the 6th sem campus placement gets started in July. Dates are given to companies who are coming to interview students. Amdocs and Infosys used to give a very good package to computer engineering students. More than 75 % of students get placed.

Good infrastructure and facilities

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for the campus from the seventh semester. The companies visited in the core sector are Triveni Turbines, Manas Agro Industries, Bosch, Mecgale pneumatics, and Antony waste. The highest package was up to 4 LPA and the lowest was 2.2 LPA. 30% of students get placements during the Covid period. I got placed in a power plant and I m working there.
