Remarks

Faculty of the college is awesome. The college is very clean and green college. The very plus point of the college is placements. I think no other college is better than CGC under PTU in case of placements. Management of the college is not very strict. Overall, it is a very good college.

Entrance Preview

JEE Entrance Exam, I got 70 marks out of 360 in it. The placement of this college is much better than other colleges.

Internships Opportunities

Recenty MICROSOFT had selected a girl of final year from our college with 9lac/year of package. Many other companies like Wipro, 3M, HCL and many more also visited our college.

Placement Experience

101% placement security for hardworking students. One of the best colleges under PTU in talks of placement.

College Events

Our college celebrated Freshers party and Preet harpal a Punjabi singer was invited. Our college also celebrates festivals like Diwali, Holi etc. But not at very high level.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is good. 1st year fees with hostel and college fees is near about 1.5 lac.

Campus Life

The campus is very neat and clean. Our college won the best emerging college award in punjab title. The no. Of students are near about 3-4 thousands.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are good in behavior. Some seniors are bad. But most of the seniors are good.

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Placement Experience:

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??
