There is no direct Admission for MCA in Telangana you have to write an entrance test called TSICET which is a computer-based Multiple Choice Questions test of 200 marks you need to score 25% to qualify. Course Curriculum Overview
MCA is a popular course which gives detailed knowledge about computers in regard to new technology. My reason for choosing this course is that it has various subjects and good analysis. The faculty at Presidents School of Management and Science is Very good they teach in a way that students remember the subject for very long. Most of the faculty members are Phd holders while some are M.Ed.The Faculty-student ratio in this college is 1:56. As this course is for two years a lot of subjects are projects which help students acquire more knowledge. The teaching skills of the faculty are excellent they concentrate mostly on practical methods.
Fees and Financial Aid
Presidency School of Management offers MCA a two-year PG course at Rs 45000 per year which In my opinion is fair because of the good education this college provides. No financial assistance is provided the college and moreover there are no jobs on the campus which is common in this colleges. The best thing is the scholarship opportunity for students whose family income is very low provided by the state government called Telangana Minorities Scholarship Scheme due to which many students are able to pay the fees. For the application for a Scholarship go to Ts Epass.
Campus Life
Presidency School of Management and Computer Science is well known for its exceptional Infrastructure and Facilities provided to students. The Academic Building is very big and the classrooms are wide and open with the proper seating arrangements. While the library is somewhat small it has almost all the books needed for students. This college hosts some very nice fests and events regularly. There is a large playground for sports and other extracurricular activities. There are social groups run by students for helping other students.
