Remarks :

Overally the college is heading towards a new vision of being the most reputed college of Odisha. But college should look after small things like transportation facilities and playground maintainance. Otherwise a top place to be.

Entrance Preview :

Appeared OJEE exam and secured a resonable rank. Had other options but looking at the location of the college and companies coming to recruit students made my decision clear to choose this college.

Internships Opportunities :

Brilliant various MNC's like TCS,Tech mahindra,Unisys etc came and gave a brief idea about their companies working environment. The stipend offered was around about 6000-7000.

Placement Experience :

More than 30 companies have come for recruitment and a sum of 2.8 to 3.4 lacs per annum was offered. So job oppurtunities in Trident is good enough as 200 students were placed.

College Events :

College host a Techfest in which students from different colleges are invited for participation. And they come in large numbers. Another main event named "Udyan" is hosted and its only for the students within the college and students take part actively in competitions like dance,painting etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes a scholarship name medhabruti was availed. And students those who secured more than 70% in state board had.

Campus Life :

Campus life was exciting and competitive. The gender ratio would be 3:1. And the extracurricular activities were enjoyable and had good times winning different trophies in different activities.

Hostel Facilities :

let the rating be out of 5. Then I would rate our hostel facilities as good 3.5. As food available was satisfactory and the rent was resonably good. As we used to 35000 per annum per student livelihood.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors have always been suppoutive would like give them the credit for bringing some smartness in me.

Faculty :

Faculties are highly qualified and the course curriculum is well structured as a result students passing out from this institution are talented and can compete anywhere. Students are tested by various exams and hence faculties are focusing on giving more

As a techie I always want to study computer science engineer and I choose this college fr this reason only . Curriculum of this college is so good that it ends up viruses within 90 days results better time for preparation.

NIT Rourkela: The Blazing Ground for Opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last year of their completion of the course, although most of us got the PPO (Pre Placement Offer) before the campus placement at the end of our internships. This year (2022) 325 companies visited for campus placements and a total of 1,274 offers were made. The highest CTC offered was up to 46 lakhs rupees and the average CTC offered is 11.2 lakhs rupees for the software, core and analytics companies combined. Some of the companies which offered the handsome packages are Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Oracle. Overall approx 93 per cent of students are placed during this year's campus placements.
