Remarks :

College is not so good for placement point of view. Faculties are not also so good. But the friends circle is very good. hod of each department are very experienced and help the students very much to go forward.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very simple as other engineering colleges in India. The governing board is Biju Patnaik University of technology,Rourkela. You have to give 8 semesters in 4 years. Each semester consists of 6 subjects. You have to pass all of them.

Placement Experience :

Placement of the college is not so good. They always bring only IT sector and Sales companies to the college. And forces all the branch students to go into IT sector companies. Which is not so good. They don't provide any internship as well as stipend.

College Events :

Ther are many events celebrated in our college. Like all most all festivals like ganesh puja, saraswati puja , biswakarma puja and students enjoy a lot. Also the college celebrates Freshers party, farewell parties as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is very high. If you get good mark in jee main then only you can get a compensation of money. But other students have to give the full money. For late their is also fine system. They give more money

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No. There is no scholarship provided by the college. If you get good mark in jee main then only you can get a compensation of money. Loan facility is also not provided by the college. Bjt you can take the loan from outside.

Campus Life :

There is very little space for extracurricular activities. Lab room are very good and also possess very good lab assistants. You can play many sports like cricket, volleyball, football, hockey. Individual stadium are available.

Alumni/Alumna :

College have a alumni program. There is a day ,when all the alumni students meet and greet each other and discuss about the job and life as well. They also give guidance to the junior students and help them to get a job.

Admission :

First of all i gave Jee Main exam. Then i apply for the councelling process.Then they shortlist the students according their mark. Who secure good mark should get first preference. Then i got admission.

Faculty :

Faculty of the college are not so experienced. The faculty in some of the branches are good. But in many branches faculties are not so experienced. Many of the faculties are just postgraduate. But as they grab experience.they will become good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a techie I always want to study computer science engineer and I choose this college fr this reason only . Curriculum of this college is so good that it ends up viruses within 90 days results better time for preparation.

NIT Rourkela: The Blazing Ground for Opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last year of their completion of the course, although most of us got the PPO (Pre Placement Offer) before the campus placement at the end of our internships. This year (2022) 325 companies visited for campus placements and a total of 1,274 offers were made. The highest CTC offered was up to 46 lakhs rupees and the average CTC offered is 11.2 lakhs rupees for the software, core and analytics companies combined. Some of the companies which offered the handsome packages are Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Oracle. Overall approx 93 per cent of students are placed during this year's campus placements.
