Remarks :

In the selection process in this course an interview is taken. According to your performance in the interview, you are selected or rejected. And if you are selected, you have to pay a certain amount to lock your seat within 10 days. And then your admission is finalized.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty is quite decent, professors are highly qualified and hold a doctorate in their respective fields. Professors are really helpful. It's a co-ed college and the average strength is a class of 53. Exams and mid sems are taken timely.

Internships Opportunities :

A lot of opportunities for internships are given to students at the end of each semester. Some are paid, some are not but for every internship certificates are given to the students. It's a compulsion in our college to do atleast 1 internship in 3 years of the course.

Placement Experience :

Placement opportunities are given to students. Various companies come to our campus and people get good offers from companies. Students in previous years have got decent jobs with an average package of 3 Lakh-4 Lakh after completion of their ug.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee for this course is 80000 per annum. You can pay the whole amount together or can pay semester-wise. Various kinds of internships are offered and it's a compulsion to participate in one of the internships for a duration of 3 years.

Campus Life :

Life on the campus is exciting, peaceful, and even very disciplined. It also provides various kinds of opportunities for participation in social work and reforms, certificate are given to the participants. Alot of opportunities to participate in extracurricular is provided to students.

Placement Experience:

After doing BA Economics hons you can go masters and after masters you will get good package if you are doing it from a well reputed university.Another thing after doing hons you can also go for government jobs but for that you have to crack entrance exam but the possibility of getting job in government sector is very low.

From an Amateur, but experienced enough.

Placement Experience:

From Fifth or Sixth depending on the choice and scoring of the student, we can go for placements. Basically in Third year we become eligible. We get placements as editors at some publishing houses, or teachers in schools affiliated with GLA. I didn't go for any placement therefore not my sector of expertise. Usually the people who get placements have a percentage around 75-90. Mostly the 80s. My plans after the Degree is to peruse as a writer, editor and author and freelancer, content writer. Mainly fiction.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is designed in such a way that it covers most of the topics related to the subject. The subject that we study are so close to the real world that you it from a different perspective. the teaching methods are different and unique. Some teachers teach with the help of ppts and others take a rather creative approach of taking u in the real world and giving you the opportunites to grasp it. The classes and the syllabus gets completed within the timeframe and alot of time is provided to prepare for the exams.

An honest review

Placement Experience:

Students of Lucknow University rarely get placement. And it is somewhere based on the person too like if you are highly talented, you can get placement in any company. And students don't become eligible for placements in under graduation if they get placement then during post graduation or after post graduation. Around 20% of students get placement. After getting this degree, I applied for masters and currently pursuing masters from here.
