Admission process is already very clear and done through neet. As such the no further improvement is required right now. Staff gets thoroughly involved in the procedure and are present in groups during admission...

Course Curriculum Overview :

Exams were taken around every three months...there are a total of 4 exams including the Final exams where external appears during practicals and is considered the hardest as it's on finals the passing and failing depends..... The 1st internals and 2nd internals have a 10 mark dependency on the finals.... The send ups ensure students are ready for the finals...

Internships Opportunities :

Internship is given in best manner.All departments duties are done by interns. Abdundance of patients is the prime factor that elevates this college above others. Affordability is the key factor that influences students from as far as Arunachal Pradesh to Assam to Nagaland to Manipur to Maharashtra to Kerala to Rajasthan as well as West Bengal and Bihar, Jharkhand , Orissa and Gujrat..

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee is hiked at 10 percent every year Sometimes good students with high marks in neet UG get scholarship Sometimes they rebate the fee hike Sometimes they give scholarship to the students under student welfare scheme

Campus Life :

Freshers are there each year to welcome the new students. It's a fresher's week that is celebrated with lots of fun. Sixer trophy is conducted each year around December where cricket is played intra college. Inter college cricket in university is Played among seven colleges of campus.Also volleyball basketball etc inter college functions go on throughout the year. Library has plenty of books which are updated regularly. Classrooms are air conditioned and breezy. We have literary club photography club chess club badminton club etc many other clubs.

Hostel Facilities :

Electricity and water is available 24 hours and is completely free to use. Cleaners are present for cleaning anytime. Mess is very clean and healthy and hygienic. Food quality is very good and drinking water is available 24 hours. Electrician Carpenter Plumber all are available once a week or during emergencies. PG is very costly compared to the hostel rooms.

Struggle for the dental students of patiala

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is not well oriented by the officials Things we need to know for doing patients are not well taught bcoz that's is what we need for MDS (post graduation) so they donot teach them now Which is wrong So according to me Clinical stuff and practicals should be more concetrated on instead of theoretical study There need to be a mid term exam conducted likewise in MBBS for better preparation Proper test which are not regularly conducted should be there Teachers need to be hired Posts for teachers are vacant Teaching staff needs to teach students instead of pgs
