Remarks :
The admission process was entrance based which is conducted by Pgimer Chandigarh Every year from August- September. There are very few seats so the competition is high, one must have a clear concept about what you have studied in your 11 th & 12 th. One must come from Science Background in 11th and 12th to enroll for the entrance exam, particularly in case Bsc Dialysis both students from PCM/B are eligible. Reservation benifits are available as per the Government of India's central policy on the reservation.
Course Curriculum Overview :
After 6months semester exams are conducted. It solely depends on the student. However the exam ranges from easy to moderate to pass for an average student.

PGIMER itself provide internship to its students and we really get valuable exposure and can upgrade our work culture techniques by working with high intellectual staff. PGIMER itself has many world-class facilities which are only available here in India. All these facilities help one to acquire the best practical knowledge and direct exposure with the patient which is important in our field. They also teach communication skills in the first year of the course.
Fees and Financial Aid :
Since PGI Chandigarh is an institute of national importance its education is very much subsidized which doesn't give a burden to even a BPL student. In some other Paramedical courses, they provide stipend but particular in the case of Dialysis they don't.
Campus Life :
You can check and know more about pgimer on Instagram which regularly posts about campus life. In Pgimer it is really a happening place and a lot of cultural events occur around the year here. Mainly Major ones are Zenith, Spring Feast, and NIPS Foundation day celebration. In Every Zenith popular comedians and Singers are invited and many brands sponsor this event . It is managed by the Association of resident doctors. Many sports events also occur here majorly cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton.
