Remarks :
1. The course is quite good and also a hardcore knowledge we get it from here. 2. For Admission purposes just visit the polytechnic building they will guide you on how to proceed through it and share the important dates too. 3. As it is a minority college so the Muslim Religious Minority students get more advantage here to get their admission. 4. The main problem is that low percentile people too come with you so the opportunity for other bright students gets low because the main play of CAP round is much more important here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
1. I have chosen this course because if you have an interest in learning something new and good about machines also their mechanism then this field is always open for you. 2. The teaching staff are very helpful they provide important questions for preparation for exams staffs are well qualified to help students too. 3. Quality of teaching is awesome they will always scold you to learn read-write. So that you can achieve something good from them they won't leave you without completing the work. 4. Exams are all under our Mumbai University the college follows their orders regarding the examination. Talking about difficulty if you are a good learner and excited to innovate new things then there no difficult word comes under this picture. Just study hard focus on the concept and learn new things daily. Revision of everything is a must.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship outcomes are very low I haven't recieved any internship here but the staff helps to you forget this internship they will guide you how to make time which one to select which is good for your knowledge the support system is excellent just you have to go and talk to them freely and clearly all your doubts and burden which you are facing. Every year they make the 3 teachers as a mentors for each class taking 20 under 1 staff Teacher so that student gets his doubt cleared.
Placement Experience :
1. Mainly at final year student gets eligible for oncampus placement. 2. Companies visiting the college are good because of COVID 19 there is slight change of companies so frequency gets low. 3. Highest salary for month as per Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in my time was 18k per month & Minimum salary was 12k. 4. Depends on the company how much intake they have so the students who have cleared the interview get the job. But Getting on percentage 60 to 70% gets placed but still percentage depends upon the vacancy which comes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
1. For fees it depends on the branch you get to like its aided or unaided, In my span of time the fees for aided were 12k, and for unaided 65k. But when you go up years the fees Get reduce by 2k 3k till your final year ( For unaided) 2. As I am opting for a higher degree so I haven't applied for the job but companies do visit to takeout the students.
Campus Life :
1. Fests are conducted every year which can include all the traditional as well as related to technology too 2. Library as per Mechanical branch we have many books including Machine design etc. With a high-ranked author Availability of books are also damn more. 3. Classrooms are well-cleaned benches also are good too! Many open Windows are provided. The classroom has projectors too for smart learning. 4. For sports we have good seniors who take responsibility for all the games played basically Football is given more preference as I have seen in my time when I was pursuing my Diploma. 5. Every Year the new members are alloted so every year the social media account changes according to the fest programs too. The college has its own social media but related to sports events or any other curriculum activities the website or account changes every year because of New GS allotted.
