Placement Experience :

VNIT-Nagpur invites various public and private sector organisations for campus recruitment of final year students. During the academic year 2015-16, more than 100 companies visited the campus. These included all the major companies like Coal India, Reliance Group, Jindal group, L & T Group, Bajaj Auto Limited, InMobi, Oracle, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, ZS Associates, NMRCL and many more.

College Events :

Yes it is great place when we talk about fest. For UG two fest is conducted and even for PG a separate fest is conducted with proper care and yes they provide fund for all. They take care of PG student very well that they should not be cut off from any college event.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The SC and ST category students are sanctioned scholarships from the Deptt. of Social Welfare of their respective states. As per existing practice the SC/ST students of Maharashtra State are exempted from payment of tuition fees at the time of admission. The tuition fees of these students is credited to Institute account from the total scholarship amount received from District Social Welfare Officer, Nagpur.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes there is alumni association welfare. They interact to the student and also you can contact to them to the library 3rd floor.

Exam Structure :

They conduct 2 sessional and one end sem exam and lab exam is conducted separately. Both sessional is of 15 marks and last end sem is of 50-60 marks depend on professor, it is easy to get 6 pointer if you attend class daily so never bother about it at all. And also re exam is conducted the same month of end exam if any failed in the end sem so they can recover without loosing time.

Admission :

Admission to M.Sc/M. Sc(Tech) Programme by CCMN started in the year 2015 with the participation of 13 NITs and 02 CFTIs and was organised by National Institute of Technology Rourkela. CCMN 2015 was unique in its nature, where the entire process of admission was done through online counselling. but in my time 2014, we went to offline counselling in college.

Faculty :

No doubt they are highly qualified as well as experienced in teaching line. They interact to you in class. Since strength is only 20 hence they take care each and every student. Now days new faculty is post doc. So research area is boarding in this technical college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

That course gave me a good career option. I got job in a private school with a better salary but in IT section it is difficult to get a job by this course because it is not a technical educational course that's why I rated only 5 for this course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I personally liked the subject I chose for my post-graduation studies. The teachers prepare us for the exam in class itself. They cover the syllabus and take our practice of the exam and gaining knowledge. The timing of the exam is a little issue in our college. The college provides us with only 2 hours 30 minuutes timing for 60 marks theory exam.

Basically BARC provide job opportunity for 54k permonth and you can always get appraisals after finishing trainning school. I'm planing a Phd abroad in genome editing field.

Distance learning allows all age group of people to enroll their higher education. Financial constraints are one of the main reason I chose distance education. Placement Experience:

By the end of sem3 itself, the postgraduates are deployed into interviews for certain internships. But if you are with good academic scores and knowledge you can even get directly placed. Every individual is given 3 chances by the college to get and crack the interview but if the student is not able to then he is guided to where to apply but mostly ICRI makes sure everyone is placed as the college proudly stays with its 100% placement tag line. As I told here there are varied background people here with different needs of roles, the highest package I have seen getting is 15L pa to the lowest of 3L pa which even depends upon the company to your broad spectrum of knowledge. To specify which companies come here for recruitment are sun pharma, Cipla, and many more there are all 20+ companies that come and hire the intellectuals. To specify about me I am planning to get a CRC post as a start for CRA in the future.

Remarks:

The college management is very approachable and helpful. We have an email-based network for direct referring of our grievances. The college lacks in only one thing and, that is, proper recognition amongst the masses. The reason might be because it's not a technical one and it's also young and only 13 years old.

Remarks:

The college aims to provide students the opportunity to visit diverse countries and campuses. The objective of this effort is to provide students an opening to gain real life exposure to the cultural, social, industrial, educational & historical aspects of each other’s countries. I would recommend this college to everyone.
