Entrance Preview :

RLAT, I wanted to do marine engineering that's why i choose this collage . After getting permission from my family i had gone through the exam and got selected.

Course Curriculum Overview :

We have 8 Written and 4 practical papers in every semester there was total 8 semester in which 1 semester is for internship which you can do outside or in ship in campus every semester we have to go for but test then mid semester and final exam in every semester many guy got back in subject.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes we got ship in campus but that does not give any stipend those student who got selected out side in any company the got stipend from the company.

Placement Experience :

Many company use to visit collage at the time of passing out most of company are foreign companies . They used to conduct written exam and on base of score the call for interview after the selection they give the call letter . Many time company directly call student based upon there cgpa.

College Events :

We does not have to many functions in our collage but ya we have one big function apart from independence day ,Republic day and gandhi jayanti it was maritime weak. Which was for 7 days its a technical fest and ends with a cultural function its an intra collage fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

My fee structure was very expensive for middle class family it was around 11 lakhs for full course and it is more because the course was full residential. So we have to stay in collage hostel for more then 10 month the above amount was divided in semester.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes, our collage have sign the bond with UCO bank for loan and scholarship is also there from fleet management company.

Admission :

First you have to appear for written exam which have basic question of PCM group english psychological questions after if you able to clear then have to under go a medical exam from any DGS certified doctor after the medical you will call for a interview in collage after that you are eligible for admission.

Faculty :

Faculty was well educated and ya have enough experience in the field of teaching we have 4 to 5 chief engineers who take the marine base subject and other teacher use to take other engineering subjects it was a tought time for us to study to much in less time but our teachers help us alot.

Hidden stories of my College

Placement Experience:

For placement selection students should not have arrears on his history and also get 70% of marks to select in placement from third they start a placement section and practice for our placement there are many companies visited like Zoho, Accenture and aerospace aviation etc... The higher package was 70 lacks per year package and the average package was 2.5 lacks per year offered in placement and the company.My plans is to study PG After my graduation .

Placement Experience:

There wasn't much support for people who studied in psychology department because the placement was for sales and bpo sector nothing much was available for us. 5th and 6th sem that is the last sem was the time when students were eligible for placement. Skolar, mahathi soft tech, rnd softtech and offers were there were local companies. Highest package was 5 to 6 LPA and the average package was 2 LPA. 30 to 50 percent of students got placed. I am working as a Language trainer.

Placement Experience:

The placements are best in this college. VIT Is known for Its placements and the highest package is 88LPA with average 8LPA. TOP MNC companies come here and companies like GOOGLE, Microsoft, Intel hire students. If incase on campus placement was not offered then also there would not be much problem because the skills that are taught in the course are advanced and it is easy to get a job with all these skills. The fourth semester students are usually eligible for placements usually the onces who have Completed their total number of credits. Since our course was started, 2 batches passed out, the highest package was 22LPA by intel and last batch out of 45, 25 were placed with many in intel with more than 14+LPA. After getting the degree, my plan is to work with a startup company for 2 years and then get experience.
