Remarks :

The admission was done through counseling by AKTU. One had to give UPSEEE exam ( now they are taking through JEE mains) and get the college and branch according to rank. Direct admission is also possible at some higher fees. One has to report to college for counseling where they check your documents and take a picture of yours.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are CTs, PUE which take place almost every month, they count for internal marks which are easy to grab. Semester exams take place every 6 months i.e. at the end of the semester. The exam difficulty is of moderate level and you can pass it easily if you start your study 2 days before. You have to make sure that your answers are descriptive enough, to fetch good marks.

Internships Opportunities :

Most of the students opt for internships on their own. Few students do internships associated with college workshops. As the college lies in the NCR region students often find lots of opportunities for internships.

Placement Experience :

Placements in the college are pretty good. Most of the students are placed in IT companies. A studious IT student can grab an offer of about 8 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 25 LPA. The average package remains about 5 LPA as most of the offers are from mass recruiters. 80-90% of total students are placed. Core branch students often opt for gate preparation as good placement is not there in core.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees- 1.2 lakhs per year. There is approx. no hike in fees for all four years. Hostel charges are currently 92k per year. One can also find PGs outside college at 5-7 k per month. There are scholarships for financially unstable students aided by the UP government. College provides some cash and prize to students who score more than 90%.

Campus Life :

Social life is pretty cool. One can indulge in various sports and club activities. There are clubs for dance, singing, acting, technical and much more. Prastuti- Annual cultural fest, Rann - annual sports fest, and there is a technical fest, which is organized regularly. Classrooms are well maintained and have air conditioning and all the labs are well functioning. Uddeshya(NGO) is a club, run by the students for the welfare of the weaker sections of society.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is very good in the first year for boys( CV Ramam hostel is not less than a hotel), else all the hostels are typical hostels that we all know. The food provided in the mess is very good in all the hostels. We have breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Specials of paneer, egg, chole bhature with desserts( ice cream or Gulam Jamun) are provided 2-3 times a week. Hostels are provided according to your CGPA and attendance in the previous year. In the first year it is on, first comes first serve basis.

Syllabus and all curriculum are according to AKTU . But one problem is there while reading only syllabus of your semester examination your preparation for placement is zero because for placement you have to do lots of stuff

Good College

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is good as the average amount of placement is 5Lakhs nad the maximum amount is 50Lakhs. All students are allowed to sit in placement. There are many companies visit in our institute that is Zscalar, Wipro, Microsoft, AWS etc.

Rajkiya Engineering College Kannauj, it's okay in there

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted cse that's why I opted for it. Faculties are enough as per students ratio. Faculties are finely educated themselves, I will say some Faculties teaching methods are good as they teach basics properly but few of them are like they will teach you supposing you have already some idea about topic, but overall they are supportive and help with any query. 2 CT's and a final sem exam in a sem, you can pass CT by studying over night But you have to study a little more for finals

Remarks:

Our college provides us with a number of activities to develop more skills in respective subjects. There are so many technical club activities which have been started as per student's interest. Some of the clubs are innovation club, code club, GATE club, and research club which is helpful to students to learn new technology thats why I had preferred this college
