Review - [SVCE], Bangalore

Remarks :

I am basically from Nepal. I have been in Bangalore for 8 years now. I have done my PUC Degree and Engineering from Bangalore. I got admission to Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering on Management Quote.

Course Curriculum Overview :

To be honest, I just wanted to get a degree and Computer Science Engineering is the easiest one among all the streams. Talking about the faculty and the student ratio, there were faculties from all branches. The teaching method was quite theoretical. There were exams taken after every six months. It was quite easy to pass.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Talking about the fees structure, we had to pay yearly and the fees were quite affordable. There was a Scholarship for only those students who were eligible, based on their marks. There was no such Financial Assistance provided to the students. There were several companies coming for job placements.

Campus Life :

KALABHAIVAIWA, the annual fest used to take place every year in the month of March. We had a big library in College and we were provided with all kinds of books and journals. During the tech fest, students were allowed to take part in several sports and extracurricular activities. There were several social groups run by students.

Hostel Facilities :

I had stayed in Hostel for the entire four years. We were provided with all kinds of facilities like Big rooms. I just loved the food especially the breakfast. We had to pay 55000 at once. I stayed in Hostel, which was in College.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to get placements from their 6th to 7th semester as whatever basic is needed by them to a company is embedded into them. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and many other companies visit our college and make many offers. The highest package in my course was 47 L.P.A previous year and average is 7 to 8 L.P.A. Almost all students get placed in our branch almost every year. I just wanna do a start-up after completion of my course and getting my degree.
