Remarks :

All good, Could be either placement and collaborative measures for such things that is not in placement yet

Entrance Preview :

Need a percentile of 75% and up in your science graduation. Need to have a science or pharma background

Course Curriculum Overview :

Good, main subjects are drug designing, genetics, biopharma, biochemistry, analytics, drug framework understanding, Lab studies, Genetic engineering, Microbiology etc.

Internships Opportunities :

No stipend, college helps students in the internship but it goes on for 6 months. Main problem is there is less guidance from college professors while doing the internship

Placement Experience :

Good, They have some job fairs. I got placed directly through placement websites into Ranbaxy as a research officer but many students struggled with placements. Some had to try doing further courses.

College Events :

Good, Placement event There are currently not many cultural activities also they are not propogated enough to students. However the biggest challenge is that they need to hold more technical and management festivals

Fee Structure And Facilities :

2 lakh any science based project is busy and expensive. This one feels more as you spend most of your time on labs and assessments. I feel that they can lower the costs of the fees and get more students to come on board.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

None. There's nothing available as of where I did my masters..It was really sad not to have it especially being a good student? Also not motivating to score better.you can try for the annual padamshree award

Campus Life :

Ratios of male to female is normal. It has good vibe to it. The race and gender do not matter to students, no culture or tolerance of any difficult situations to handle.

Hostel Facilities :

No such faculty there you need to pay and stay at close by hostels or working womens facility. Overall that is expensive and also not very safe.

Alumni/Alumna :

None, Teachers were good. It's the post engagement that was trobling to the participants seniors not very helpful. Good understanding findin stuff by your self with guidance.

Exam Structure :

Labs are hectic almost the whole day goes in the lab which can be very tiring. Exams are held frequently along with sub missions and oral exams.

Faculty :

Good, labs are good more focus on lab studies then classroom sessions. Also faculty is strict with regards to making students learn the fundamentals of Drug designing and biotechnology

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reason I got admission in thermal engineering is that was my favorite subject in engineering, the faculties are good at their experience and help students with their knowledge as faculties are Ph.D. holders n some are pursuing Ph.D. All things like papers are conducted timely and it's moderate to difficult exams were sets for students to enhance their potential.

IIT Bombay in M.Tech students are eligible in 3rd semester for campus placements. If you want to study hard then you will be placed in 3rd sem. In our college top recruiting companies visit every year like Mahindra Aerospace, rolls Royce, airbus, godrej aerospace, Larsen Turbo, etc., and also got placed in Larsen and Tubro. My annual salary is 9lakh. The highest package is 3.67 crore, the average package is 23lakh and the lowest package is 10lakh. 89 percent of students get placed every year.

Placement Experience:

The placement of VNIT is very good. The average package for CS & IT students is 12LPA. But for core branches, the average package is quite low around 6LPA. Core branches MTech students rarely get placed in core fields. Most of them step into banking and IT companies. The highest package offered by banks is 12LPA, and by IT companies is 30LPA. My plan after getting this degree was to go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester itself. Students have to maintain over 60% to be eligible for placement for most companies. However students with less percentage will get placement opportunities, it will be fewer. Overall, 80% of students approximately got placed and could be better. Maybe affected due to the Pandemic in India. The highest salary touched was 10 lakhs while the average was 3.5 lakhs per annum. MNCs like TCS, L&T, Capgemini, Jio visited the campuses and offered over 200 offers combined. I will be pursuing a Masters further after a couple of years of job experience.
