Remarks

I applied for Bcom hons. my selection is done on the basis of merit . I am from sc category and i have enough marks/percentage to apply in the college and i wanted to pursue my career in bcom hons. Admission process is quite easy . Minimum percentage for general category is 85 maybe and for sc is 75 percentage and for st is 65 percentage maybe ,etc

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosen this course because i wanted to become CA in future . Faculty is not that good you can say it is average . All teachers are well qualified in their specific field . Qualification For the faculty is 7 to 8 years experience and degree of PHD.Exams are difficult to pass .But it can be easy if you do hardwork . Semester exams held two times every year

Internships Opportunities

Private companies are providing internship to us with the stipend of 1 to 2 thousand rupee. They give us some tasks and projects to work nicely and effectively and it is overall good for us . This system is very good.

Placement Experience

From 7 th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like big fours(Deloitte ,etc.), reliance ,etc visted and about 3-4 lakh rupees package they are giving . Highest placement is 13 lakhs per annum. About 60 percent students getting placed . I want to do job in Deloitte

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of this college is very good a middle class family can afford this fee they are providing highest quality education in low fees . Scholarship provided to those students who can't afford the fee .I am second year student so i don't have job right now.

Campus Life

Fresher's party is the fest which held every year . The fest is very important for us .Every kind of books are available in our library. Smart boards fans light acduct all are provided . Maximum type of sports are conducted indoor as well as outdoor . There are 5 social groups

More Than Just Classes: Life at Delhi university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d say the B.Com (Hons.) curriculum is quite relevant and covers important subjects like Accounting, Finance, Law, and Management, which was one reason I chose this course. It does build a strong base for CA, MBA, or govt. exams, but some parts still feel too theory-based and outdated. DU should add more practical exposure, case studies, and industry-linked content. We usually have internals mid-semester and finals at the end — they’re manageable if you study regularly, but tricky if left for the last minute.

A true review about DU

Placement Experience:

The placememts im hannsraj have always been good but not all get it only a few good courses see the majority of placings like all commerce and economics course annd the humanities side lacks in getting placements, but the name speaks for itself if ur from hansraj and the delhi university u can make up for it later using your learnings, my plans are to study more and do my business and startup side by side

In class 12 I took Commerce so that's the reason I choose B.Com for Graduation . and doing B.Com from DU SOL is best option for me because only 2 days are for classes and rest days I can do other things and also prepare for Government Exam. I choose is course because I want to work for government banks so B.Com provide a foundation for banking terms and give a clear understanding related to Finance. B.Com includes subjects like Finance Accounting, Company law, Income tax law and practice ,etc. B.Com is a good course for students who want to go in the field for Finance or Accounting ,etc.

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .

IGNOU - A distance college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I was from a commerce background and it is easy for me to understand the subjects in BCOM rather than any other course .The teacher to student ratio is 1:40.The faculty of IGNOU is highly qualified and experienced but their teaching method is not so good . The exams tooks place twice in a year i.e semester exams. Students whose concepts are clear and studied nicely will easily clear the exams .

I applied for Symbiosis Pune, Christ Banglore, NMIMS Mumbai, IIM ROHTAK AND INDORE, I got admission in all except IIM, and also got in Keshav Mahavidyalaya after giving cuet, discussed which should i go for from many mentors and everyone adviced for KMV. Comparing to other colleges the fees here i very very less as all other are private colleges, but the services provided there are according to the fees and so is the crowd. Well I scored 350/450 in IIM Rohtak exam and what went wrong was the paper came way too easy due to which cutoff went 409 compared to 330 last year. I could have got any south campus college and even some of the north but I chose KMV because it was on second position for BMS. Cutoff for BMS in KMV was around 515/650 after giving cuet....Read More

THE COLLEGE THAT FULLFILLS YOUR EXPECTATIONS

So i applied for computer science hons in many other colleges but i was facing the problems that all the colleges were far away from my house and the fee structure of the colleges were very expensive as of my college. I applied in UPES dehradun for Computer Science Hons and got my admission confirmed but the living cost in dehradun and course fee were pretty higher than i expected. Then i got my second confirmed admission in Rajdhani College which was also a college of delhi university but in the second round of cuet i upgraded my seat for a better college. The admission process of Keshav mahavidyalay is pretty easy. The cutoff for the prefered courses were not too high and was easily available to me with my grades.
