Remarks

College management is excellent and they are helpful in every walk of life. I never had any major issues from the management in terms of getting hall tickets or books from library and etc.

Entrance Preview

I have cleared EAMCET and secured 7500 rank. I have opted Care College because during that time this college was having extraordinary staff and heard good reviews about the college. I have opted for B.pharm as I was from science stream and I could not get into M.B.B.S the other best option available was B.pharm.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is good. The subjects during the 4 year course give a better understanding of human physiology and anatomy. It also gives details about various drugs used for different ailments along with explicit understanding of epidemiology of the disease. Apart from this there are other subjects which give understanding on organic, inorganic, medicinal chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutics, biochemistry, etc.

Internships Opportunities

The college will not provide any internship. There is no such system exists in my college. The students from my college do internships from different pharma companies mainly which are into research.

Placement Experience

1.5

The campus placements are very limited but the staff helps students in getting jobs through reference. From single batch around 5-10 candidates gets placed through reference. Most of the students choose to perceive higher studies abroad and other s go for either M.pharm or MBA.

College Events

4.5

We have participated in different events which happened not only in our college but also in other colleges. We have played inter college cricket and participated in fashion shows, and other games. We took part in dance competitions. In my college we celebrate annual day where there will be different games, dance and other cultural activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Now the fee structure is very minimal. The government is paying full fee to economically poor. I have paid around 40,000 per year for 4 years which approximately comes to be 1.6 lakhs for entire course. The other fees for exams will be around 3000 per annum which is also very minimal. This fee structure is very feasible and reasonable for even a lower middle class family.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship or loan facility provided by my college. But for merit students college administration will give some discount in college fee and transportation.

Campus Life

3.5

The culture in the college is very good. There are several extra curricular activities organised by college like visit to orphanages, cultural events happening at other colleges. Donations of books and clothes to government schools. The gender equality persists in my college. No discrimination in terms of race or gender. We use to have different workshops to improve communication, skills required to secure a job. Apart from this we use to have seminar's and sessions from great personalities.

Hostel Facilities

2

My college does not provide any hostel facilities. But students can stay in the near by town where there are good PGs for both boys and girls. We don't ever have a good cafeteria but one can get some decent lunch. Most of the students get lunch boxes so, no issues with cafeteria. The PGs cost around 3000 where you can get Wi-Fi, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food will be of decent quality.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni is not that strong but seniors are very good and helpful in securing jobs and provides support for future career opportunities. One can approach seniors any time for help and they will be ready to support you in any ways.

Exam Structure

As my college is affiliated to kakatiya university, in a year we use to have 3 internals and 1 final exam. In the internals the scoring use to be best of three average of best 2 were considered for final . We chilled out having fun, outings, parties, and college annual day celebrations etc. We use to have labs everyday during entire course but we never got bored and enjoyed doing different experiments in the lab.

Admission

I got admission in this college through counseling which happens in the month of August. During the counseling we can just choose the different college options available based on the EAMCET rank. The counseling notification gets in the news papers. One should be carefully looking out for the newspaper to know the details and date of counseling. Sometimes counseling will happen twice where during the second counseling you can choose different college if you feel the college you are going to choose is better than the one that you have chosen during your first counseling.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college is good. They are well experienced from different universities and well qualified with PHD degree. They have sound knowledge on the course and the subjects they deal with. They are very cooperative and helpful in clearing the doubts. They also give you a direction to your career and help in securing jobs.
