Remarks :

Guru Nanak Institute of Technology because It is one of the top private colleges. I didn't avail any quota. After giving WBJEE got this college and after taking admission got admitted to the Information Technology department.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Information Technology provides knowledge on different new technology. best for aspiring software engineers. Faculty are very well experienced. They support every student. Guides every student. Teachers are well educated. Explains each topic in depth. How teachers explain students will surely pass their exam easily with good marks.

Class Size : 64Course Fees : INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies such as High Radius, Adobe, GLOBSYN come to give internship offers to students. These companies usually offer internships with stipend. The rules dependents on the different company. So on the basis of the performance students get selected.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campusing. Companies such as TCS, CAPGEMINI, INFOSYS, IBM, WIPRO, AMAZON come for recruitment. Students from all departments get placements from different on campus companies. Usually, the count of students getting recruited varies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

GNIT fees are nearly 4lacs. The fees structure is well divided in all 8 semesters. Students are provided with scholarships. People do get financial assistance from college for those are face problem financially. Jobs are provided to students by well know companies.

Campus Life :

An annual fest named ZYZZYVA is conducted every year. The technical fest is conducted TESSERACT every year. The library is filled with course relevant books and journals, e-journals, for academic progress. Annual Sports Day is conducted in the college every year. There are clubs presents for all genre.

Hardship ends someday after Placements.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placement after the 6th semester onwards.A total of 98 companies visited our college out of which they offered 120 offers and 86 students applied for placements out of which 78 are selected in the CSE branch. The selection was 90 percent. Average pay was 4-5LPA and the highest was 25LPA CTC in India. After getting my degree i planned for higher studies and placement in a MNC.

Remarks:

Nothing is perfect in the whole universe. There were loopholes in the college administration and there were a few, not-so-good guys, who did mistreat with students but thanks to the higher authorities, those were never a permanent issue.
