Entrance Preview :

I gave Pre Engineering Test (PET) which is state level entrance exam. My state rank for 630 and i opted this college as its most popular private college of Indore in terms of education and job opportunities, My personal inclination was towards computer only.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Its very basic level course starts with basics of computer and take you advance level by final year of college. Every semester will have few computer subject and provide you the basic of computer to high level industry standards required to join any organisation post you college studies. Tremendous opportunity to learn and decide your future during college training.

Internships Opportunities :

No, college doesn't provide any internship but as a part of semester break every student is expected to do a on job training and project from any known computer institute or any category of his/her interest, choosing a branch doesn't mean that student has to struck to it through out 4 years even he/she doesn't found it interesting any more and want to pursue anything else.

Placement Experience :

Best college for jobs and placements, bulk recruiter starts with Infosys and TCS to take on most of student on day 1 placement itself, post which at least 20-25 companies we get to try our luck in all over the place. During my College final year 2011, Infosys picked up 117 students on Day 1 and since i believe 90% people had jobs by end of placement sessions.

College Events :

Campus is full of events, i have never seen any months without any events. The size of event varies , college biggest events goes for 4 days where more then 30 competitions takes place, parallel for each branch depends on there area of study. Technical and non technical events are usual once a month per branch.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

One of the most expensive college of Indore, during my studies its early 70k + Bus fee 12K + exam Fee 1500 + additional expenses 5k during semester studies buts its worth studying in one of the best campus of M.P. getting all that exposure of study and sports.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

All Banks supports loan facility for Medicaps as its one of the best college of CITY but there is no scholarship at any moment available during my tenure of college. When it comes to cost of anything College is expensive in every term. The scholarship based on reservation from government norms was available similar to any other college.

Exam Structure :

Its semester system exams , 6 months each semester and 4 years or overall 8 semester , 6 subject each sem so 48 subjects , 40 theories and 8 practical. Its chill study of 4 months and 2 months practical each semester, passing not that tough, gaining knowledge depends of person.

Admission :

After getting State in PET, I attended common counselling process happened in GSITS College in Indore where based on rank you will be asked to select the college and branch from given list. The process is smooth and very transparent. Once you opt college the team of college will further guide you overall college process and fee structure.

Faculty :

All the Faculties are post graduates minimum to be allowed to take any session for students, Minimum qualification for lab assistance also is BE, overall atmosphere of college is blend of experience and young faculties to provide basics learning and new changing industrial expectations.

LNCT College you should apply or not

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in our college as the highest package grabbed by our senior was 1.15 cr this year through Amazon eu. The percentage of students getting placement are around 80%. My plans are to grab campus placement.

from 5 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. companies like TCS and Infosys etc visited to campus. when we talk about the highest package it is app. 12lakh per annum and the average package is app. 3 lakh per annum. percentage of students above 50 or depending on company criteria.

College offers campus placements to nearly 50% of the students. Not the corporate giants visit the college but there are students selected from college through campus pool into companies. the highest package will be upto 3.5 lakh.

Sum up all learned things to the astonishing work

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite good in Jabalpur Engineering College. Students are eligible and can avail campus placement from their 7th semester onwards. There are some companies i would like to mention , TCS, Reliance Jio, IBM, Wipro, Collabera, TrueChip, Cognizant and some others. Some of them came for mass selection of students with good knowledge of their companies. The highest salary package of companies co.e in JEC are 7-8 LPA. The average salary packages are provided by companies is 3-5 LPA. Chances of getting selected in the campus placement are depends upon the students Strong hold on the subject and their course. So basically the chances of getting selected is around 30-40% . Students usually tend to have many dram after getting selected in campus placement. As per my plan, after getting a degree i will prone to learn new technology and present myself a position where i can give my all conceptual knowledge earned from College period and convert into practical knowledge.

My college

Remarks:

If college will improvise the college placement ratio than that would be very helpful for all the students studying there.

Admission:

I have 60% above percentage in my 12th class so I was eligible to get admission in that college. The college is closer to my home also that's why I opted for that college. They took photocopy of all valid documents and first instalment of fee. they have there own bus facility and hostel as well which is suitable to all.
