Remarks :

Actually, I have applied for 5 to 6 colleges which are related to computer science and engineering, my first Option is vaagdevi Engineering College 2. SR engineering college 3. Kits 4. Cdc college I got selected in vaagdevi Engineering College for computer science and engineering.I do not avail quota, Admission criteria is in intermediate Minimum 50 % of marks and age is minimum 16

Course Curriculum Overview :

My dream is to become a software engineer so I choose computer science and engineering. The faculty is very good at teaching and the student ratio is also good. Qualifications of faculty are minimum btech pass and their teaching was good and few faculty are PhD holders and there teaching was fabulous Term exams will be held every 5 months as semester exams and before semester exams they will conduct 2 mid exams ( internal exams) and lab exams as internal are for 25 marks and external is for 75 marks. Not much difficult to pass. If we study from time to time definitely we will pass.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Eswecha is the company which internship for 2 months and they will teach us the basic programming languages and make us do few assignments we need to pay like 1500 for this internship we won't stipend And we can also worm with other companies to do internships for 1,2,3 or 6 months but we need to inform our head of department. Few are unpaid and we will get internships in Internshala in that we can get a stipend. Currently, I had done few internships like business development intern in techimax and I got a 300 stipend for working for 1 month. As hr intern in shine projects, I earned the only certificate. But if we work hard we will get a stipend of upto 5000 per month. I am currently working for an NGO it's unpaid.

Placement Experience :

From 3year 2nd semester or 4 years 1 semester we are eligible for campus placements. As of I know 20 Lakhs per annum is the highest salary package in our college. We need to have atleast 65% of pass percentage and few companies don't accept backlogs also. My plans to study abroad for Ms in cybersecurity

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is 40000 rs and as I am conviner quota and my caste is OBC so I will get 35000 as fees reimbursement and scholarship per year like 5500 or sometimes 6200 per year we will receive the 1-year scholarship in 2 years ending. And we have campus placements and internships too. As my college is tied up with few companies like. Microsoft, IBM, Smart Bridge, Eswecha, etc., we will get opportunities from the 2nd year and they will help to get campus jobs by teaching few things. I am still studying 3rd gear now, so campus placemats will be held from 4 years onwards

Campus Life :

First, they conduct orientation day next freshers day after that many more activities, clubs, sports week, and webinars to we have a library for every block. My college take initiative by creating clubs to help students with their personal development. Dance club, Sports club, music club, social media club, helping hands club, and many more Mostly we have IEEE, IEICTE, CSI, these are the organizations for more details go through www.vaagdeviengineeringcollege.com, www.ieeevecsb.com.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are only for girls, so I don't know many details, we stay outside the college which are very close to college and the rent will be nearly 5000 per month some hostels provide food some don't.

The college holds a record of getting highest placed students in the state. Placement drives in our college will start from the final yr and students are eligible to attend the drives from the 7th sem. Admission:

The college accepts admission only via TS EAMCET. I applied for the entrance examination after completing my 12th standard exams. Once the results of the entrance exams are out, via counselling I got admission in the college.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell and a placement officer that takes care of all the placement activities. The college also gives training related to appearing for interviews, group discussion etc for students to perform well.
