Remarks :

I appeared for the entrance exam organised by the IP university i.e IPU CET and got 578 ranks in it. This entrance is conducted for all the colleges affiliated with it. After the ranks are released, the students are asked to fill the choice of college they want. Then the college is allotted according to the choices and the cutoff. Then we have to visit the allotted college and get our documents verified. There is no minimum age to get admission. There was no counselling before the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because from the 10th standard I was Interested in economics subject. There are around 10-12 faculty members for all the semester students. The faculty members are excellent in their subjects. They have different teaching methods for each concept which help us gain more knowledge. After every semester examination takes place. The exam paper is set to moderate that even weak students can solve and gain good marks.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 96800 per year

Placement Experience :

Final year students are eligible for the campus placement. There are a no. of companies that visit our college for placement like Oracle, ICICI bank, IDFC bank, and other reputed companies. The highest package they offer is 7-8 Lakh per annum and the average pack they offer is 5 Lakh per annum. Most all the students get placed under the placement process. I am planning to do my Master's in Economics after my graduation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I paid Rs. 88,600 as tutuion fees, Rs. 12,000 as university charges and Rs. 1,000 as student activity fees. The cost of the study is high but it worths it. They provide scholarship opportunities and also financial assistance to the weaker section of the society which is appreciable. They don't provide any job on campus and also we can't do a job while studying in this college. Only we can do internships.

Campus Life :

Sankaran is the annual fest which is being organised by VSE in the month of January or February. There are 2 huge libraries in my college and have a no. of books, novels and many other kinds of books. Also, the newspaper is available in the library which we can read. There are all amenities in the classroom like a projector, comfortable sitting arrangement, lecture stand, white board, air conditioner etc. There are no. of sports in my college like football, basketball, cricket, table tennis, chess and many other sports. There are many societies in my college i.e. Arthvidya, Kalaa, Vyom, 3.14 crew, Aflatoon, NSS, and other various kinds of society.

I've chosen this course according to my needs and choices... It offers us with 4 additional subjects which I'd say are valuable in terms of knowledge.. Subjects like environment science, ethics and culture etc prepares us for real world applications of further academic pursuits as my goal is upsc and there's a topic called ethics and culture Teaching can be improved if they provided us with digital boards as porta cabins do not have any smart boards Frequency of exam is ok neither too exaggerated and nor too low

Explore the European language

Placement Experience:

We will have campus placement with Amazon company only and it comes in our 5th semester with a very attractive package around 4.6 lack per annum. There is no percentage barrier to get hired, as it is completely based on our interview performance. In case if we haven't got campus placement, we have many other opportunities in co-operating sectors, translation field, tourism field, govt embassy, etc. So opportunities are there for this course.

CIC is busy and fast moving. Unlike most other colleges, where in you would have a fixed schedule for your day and a planned return to your home, CIC will keep surprising you each day. Satyawati - One of the best college

Remarks:

About the college, it is a decent college and the students here are nice. The seniors are supportive and we have many societies one can join for co-curricular stuff. The college follows anti-ragging policy and thus ragging is prohibited. The teachers are well experienced and trained apart a few. The infrastructure of the building is decent and the classroom is spacious too. They are just like one has in their schools. We have a great auditorium in which the Air conditioner rarely works. The canteen is great too. The ground is good and regularly maintained. The library has good seating capacity as well as is air-conditioned.

Peaceful Environment

Remarks:

WiFi is terrible and limited. You only get 15 GB per month. It troubles while connecting to it. It connects and disconnects frequently. It's better to have your own data pack. System of Jamia is poor. Staffs of the Examination Controller are lazy, slow and commit a lot of mistakes due to which many students suffer.
