Remarks :

IISERs are among the best institution for the study of Science and pursue research. I am interested in research and hence wrote the IISER Aptitude Test(IAT) and got selected for IISER Bhopal. The admission is pretty easy. First, you have to register for the IAT (www.iiseradmission.in) and write the exam. Next, they'll release the marks obtained. If you have got the minimum marks in the exam your name will appear on the list of people who are selected for the first round. If you have got selected, you will be able to click on a link that will take you to the decision page where you can either accept, float or reject the choice. If your name wasn't on the 1st list, there will be at least 3 more rounds, so be patient. Any IISER, if you get it, is absolutely amazing, but among all IISER Bhopal has the biggest campus and had the highest campus selection. Course Curriculum Overview :

The courses available in IISER Bhopal for UG students are BS-MS dual degree(Natural Science), BS(Engineering Science), and BS(Environmental Science). These courses are meant to be selected at the time of registration for the exam itself. I have taken up BS-MS dual degree in Natural Science. Out of the 3 courses, this is the best option and this course involves subjects like Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Earth and Environmental Science from which you can do major in anyone. All of the teaching faculty have Doctorates in their respective subjects. The teaching is pretty good. The lecturers take up a lecture and we will have a class after the lecture where if we have any doubts about the lecture can and will be resolved by a teaching assistant (grad students). The term exams were easy as this year(2020-21) was online. The difficulty level was reduced for us. As I have asked the seniors, they have assured me that offline was easy as well.

Course Fees : INR 99000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There is a lot of opportunities for internship in IISER Bhopal. Internships are available at many institutes like IITs and some research institutes offer internships to the students. This year online internships are also provided by the same institutes and research centers.

Placement Experience :

Only the final-year students are eligible for campus selection. Since most of the students opt to go for higher studies the percentage selection is low. The faculty encourage students for higher studies by providing ample information. Companies from India and a few from outside India come for recruitment. Few companies include Unilever, Avanti Learning, Excel Instruments, Nuclear Informatics, and Euclidata recruit the students from IISER Bhopal. I am planning to work for 1 year and then go for higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure for all the 3 courses is the same. For the students of batch 2020, for the first semester (including the hostel fee) is 57,600 for general and OBC background and 18,900 for SC/ST background. For the 2nd semester and forward (including the hostel fee) is 37,400 for General and OBC background and 4000 for SC/ST background. One of the Scholarships INSPIRE is applied by the college itself and doesn't need to separately apply. Apart from that KVPY examination can be taken up.

Campus Life :

There is plenty of fest and programs which go on throughout the year. So there is no worry about entertainment. There is a lot of scope for sports and has a proper place to play. There is a separate building dedicated to the library which has more books than you'll ever need. There are a lot of clubs for students to join, for example, IISER Bhopal Astronomy Club(IBAC), Fine Arts and Cultural Club, and so on.

Hostel Facilities :

Each room will be shared by 2 students for all 5 years. There are 6 hostels, 2 for girls and 4 for boys. If you are studying in IISER staying in the hostel is mandatory and the hostel fee is included in the semester fee. The hostel is very cheap and the rooms are decent. Every hostel has one entertainment room which has a television. There are 4 messes and a Lecture Hall canteen and a few more cafes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

IEHE Offer Various kinds of courses. However I choose a Bachelor Of Science Especially in Mathematics according to my interest and also my priorities, second is B.Sc Computer Science, talk about the Faculty, College is Government, hence Teachers, And Professors are Chosen by State Education Board. mostly My faculty of Mathematics acquired a Ph.D. in mathematics And Some guest teaching staff too. The student ratio is Quite endangered for the boys because of 3:1. 3 girls onto one 1 boy. Here in my college Qualification of the college is imperative and the teaching quality is also remarkable Also the Exam pattern of the college is Semester wise to the students have to give an exam twice a year with an Internal assessment in each semester that carries 40 percent in respective semesters. In College Examination conducted by the college however paper has been made by some other college and Checking of paper is also done by some other college. Therefore it is difficult to say whether that paper has been made easy or hard but in time.

I had decided to take forensic science a long ago, once my coaching sir told me about this and from then I was excited to take so. Then I searched for the colleges and came to know about this college and my father was also in the mood to send me to this college. The faculty student ratio is good as 1: 90. As in India, this is the starting of forensic so we don't any permanent teacher of forensic science and we are much dependent on guest faculties. But they are also qualified and teaching students from years. All the facilities have completed there graduation from this college itself and from Hari Singh Goud University. All the facilities have completed M.Sc. and are great in their subject. They each have there own different teaching methods . Exam pattern is yearly and once in a year exams are conducted and two cce are also given to students per year.
