Remarks :

It is the best college for engineering. The campus is big enough with all branches having separate departments in each building. The placement companies are best in recruiting both technical and software ones. The teaching staff is so humble with every student and best in teaching also. The computer labs have their own counting in each department for the students. Overall the best college of engineering in Nagpur city.

Course Curriculum Overview :

In technical knowledge, the electrical branch is the most important one to gain technical knowledge practically. The teacher staff is so humble with every student. Every faculty member is a postgraduate in a particular subject and some have done Ph.d research too. Hence the teaching of each faculty is very fluent and understandable. There are mainly 8 semesters in 4 years and the difficulty level is not much high. One can pass the exam without any tuition class if do regular classes and found notes.

Internships Opportunities :

Specifically, the software companies hire for the paid internships. The projects which are being executed in the final year are implemented practically on the college campus. Internships providing stipend gives minimum 1-year mandatory work to complete until the work is being completed.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester, campus placements are eligible for students. Mainly software companies like TCS, Infosys,etc are recruiting the students and in technical Trivenee transmission, Bajaj electricals, Dhoot transmission,etc. Companies come to recruit the students. 70% of students are being placed in the respective companies depending on the eligibility criteria of the company. The offers are made for students for a minimum of 2 lakh to a maximum of 6 lakh per annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The admission can be done through cap rounds and management quota too. For cap rounds, the dte website gives the notification to fill out the form in different courses. The yearly fees structure includes 2000 in a category-wise manner and the actual amount is about 90k. The campus placements are also best in each particular branch. I have been got placed in Dhoot Transmission Company located in Aurangabad for the post of Junior Engineer with 2 lakh per annum.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is celebrated every year in the month of January named Novanmesh. Then the fests are also conducted in each branch in March conducting various sports and extracurricular activities. The library is situated in the B wing building which consumes almost a large hall for students to study and the books of each branch are placed on another side of the hall separately. Each classroom has a projector facility and cameras located in each room. The sports are being carried out the social activities and also the NSA group is there to join the sports faculty in the college. In the mechanical branch, carts are being designed and played in various competitions under the club run by students.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel room provided has a separate cupboard for each room partner, the bed along with the study table are also provided. The meal is given two times and breakfast in the morning while tea with snacks in the evening. At the time of admission, the registration has also been done to the college hostel if opted for it. The area nearby college has also posh and neat clean pg rooms available for both boys and girls too.

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
